The Fabled Unicore

While this is, and always will be, my one of my favorite cards in the game... It makes me so sad.

It's literally 1 sentence long. It has an extremely simple but powerful effect. It ensures games, and has shenanigans with Reckless. Yet... No one ever reads it.

People play into it so often, the charm has worn off, and it actually makes me sad to see it. I understand getting hit with a reckless, but people blatantly don't keep track of their hand and field, and it really shows how little people actually think about the gamestate when they're playing it.

I understand misplays, but when it's basically every game with this card, it just makes me sad.

I'm struggling to figure out if you're saying that people Summon it and then play stupidly, or you Summon it, and the opponent plays stupidly. Your wording is a bit too ambiguous, but I assume the latter, because it's you.

Card is actually pretty awesome, but I admit that I don't play Fableds, so I never used it.

I play it, people play right into it as if they just said OH HEY 2300 VANILLA, I sigh because they let it get away ruining their day.

Running over a Ryko/Reckless/whatever's one thing, but... People will just blatantly play into it and lose the game because of it, and it just bugs me.

The point of the card is supposed to be Pressure/Catching them off guard, not that ,_,

I'm probably the only guy to complain about my opponents misplaying and letting me win, but eh.

Unicore has one of the best negation effects ever, yet it does it in a really balanced way that you really don't think of it as being blatantly overpowered. Sometimes, it's hard to make up a difference between a 2 and 5-card hand (but then again, why bother playing it with such a wide gap?), but people continually prove themselves to be utter numbnuts when not familiarizing themselves with these kinds of cards.

I mean, it's ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE SCREEN FFS.

Well, good thing I read its effect and prepare myself for dealing with it.  Also, the key to playing around this card is to make sure you have a lower amount of cards in your hand than your opponent does.  This makes the player's plays unhindered by Unicore's eff.  If the Unicore player has no cards in their hand, then the player has to keep above at least 3 cards to avoid being stopped by Unicore.

The card is a sword and shield; if you have lower cards in your hand to protect yourself from this cards effect, you in turn have less of an opportunity to make a significant push against this card. And it seems to me Unicore players will always have at least 1 card in their hand, because Raegin is a thing, along with Librarian.

Thing about this card, honestly, is the fact mindgames are a thing when it's on the field, and nobody ever second guesses any moves they make, to which, likely end up getting tripped up by this card in the first place :/
Really, if people actually stopped to think, they could play around it.
