Yeah, these belong over there and not in the RC section.

 

That aside, since TC asked for a reply; I'll give my CnC on this as if I were rating a normal thread in RC.

 

Card 1

This is the one that requires the most fixes.

 

OCG fix:

 

Cannot be Summoned unless you send "Bellicus" and "Serena" from your field to the Graveyard. This card cannot declare an attack except by the effect of "The Voice of Reason". Level 6 or lower monsters cannot target this card for attacks.

 

First card breaks the 5000 ATK/DEF rule (cannot exceed 5k ATK/DEF) and is Divine-Attribute (which is reserved only for the God Cards + Creator of Light). You also need to supply the other three cards, so we can see how they synergize with this card. For its ATK, if it has indeterminate points, you need to use ? instead of XXXX (needs an effect that determines its current points while face-up on field; unless you are implying that its ATK is determined by the Voice of Reason card that is mentioned, but not shown).

 

Card 2/3 won't be elaborated on too much, since they're strictly vanilla (#2 is alright; however might be better as a Level 5 or 6, given its average stats/Vanilla status; #3, make it Level 7 to fit its stats [either that or lower its stats to around 2200/2300 attack and 2000 defense or something])

 

Card 4

Although it's not a written rule, this card breaks the BEWD rule; Normal monsters can't have 3000 or more ATK, nor can be higher than Level 8. Given that it has more than 3000 ATK/DEF (especially since it's Level 9); needs a effect either to limit its summoning or something that gives it some value aside from being a vanilla beatstick.

 

I would highly suggest giving these cards Effect Text, possibly to reference any abilities they have in the show, since leaving them as Vanillas doesn't give them much options. 

 

Overall, this would be OK for a fan set but in terms of RC stuff, not so much.

 

As a piece of advice for future endeavors here, try not to use attachments since they are looked down upon here (use the IMG codes from the generator). Also post the lore for cards beneath them; makes it easier for other people to help fix OCG if it's needed.
