Not-so-Radiant Arin
If your opponent controls a monster while you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card attacks a Dragon-Type monster: You can Banish 1 monster from your Graveyard to destroy that monster and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half that monster's ATK, and if you do, this card can attack once again in a row. You can only activate this effect of "Dragon Slayer, Aurelia" once per turn.
So, like, let's make a fairly decent card that stops Dragon shenanigans, yeah? Okay? Okay. Sleepy
So judging by the once per turn clause. I'd take it that the second attack must be a regular attack. The card has it's merits. I like it. Cyber Dragon clause looks a little bit cheap considering it's a stronger Cyber Dragon with an extra effect on it. Though the second effect sounds fun with DNA or against Dragon Decks. While in theory, Type killers are both situational and bad for uberly damaging that poor Type, this card doesn't really kill them. They'll be fine next turn when they are at the offensive. I overall like it.
patient99
If you want to stop dragons maybe make a card that can't be destroyed by dragon type monsters and can limit the amount of times they can summon one while it's in play.
titusfox
Yeah, I agree with sleepy! It Really just is another Dragon-Slaying Cyber Dragon. And Plus, Relinquished can use that against you!
