If this card is targeted for attacks: It gains 300 ATK until the End Phase.

 

I see no outright flaws in this card. 1800 ATK/2000 DEF is decent for a Level 4 monster; though DEF is high for a Level 4 that has a decent amount of ATK power to work with though. Its effect is pretty standard; gain some power while attacking (2100 ATK isn't bad, but considering monsters that'll attack this card [which have at least 2400 or so points], the extra points might not do much aside from mitigating a small amount of damage). Although your opponent can simply get rid of this card with an effect, so might want to add a slight protection effect.

 

It's a good card though.

"If battle is declared on this card" should be changed to "When this card is attacked, it gains 300 ATK during the Damage Step only". It cuts out a lot of the unnecessary text on the card and cleans it up to be more effective. That being said, not very original, but at least a bit better than your last card. Still outclassed by Jain and Alius in the beatdown department (Jain mills which sets up potential Graveyard combos while Alius has Gemini Spark and HERO Blast), however.
