First, a small OCG correction (bold is what has been corrected)

lore:

2 level 5 monsters and 2 level 4 monsters

This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each card in both Graveyards. Detach 1 Xyz material from this card send all monsters to the Graveyard, except this card.

Second, This card is very, very, very OP. This card+ needle bug nest= 1000 extra ATK/DEF. And the 2nd effect is just insane, clearing the field with almost 0 cost. If i were you, i would put in either a opt clause, cannot attack clause, or just omit the effect altogether. Also, requiring 4 monsters, especially those of 2 different levels, is considered too much work to put out.

Third, I do not believe that there are any instances of ???? ATK/DEF Xyz monsters. That would be something to be corrected.

One more thing. You cannot have a card be treated as two types. Putting an effect that makes it two types works, but making it two types originally does not.

Correct Summoning OCG: "? Level 9 monsters" (? meaning how many Level 9 monsters you wanna overlay to Summon this card, example: 2 Level 9 monsters

OCG on the effect: "This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each card in both players Graveyards. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card: Send all monsters on the field to the Graveyard, except this card. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activated this effect.

Ok, I like the card and concept. That aside....WAY TOO OP! -shoots the card, rips it apart, and burns it with fire- >.> not trying to be mean but a card like that would break every deck in the game, and would only have one severe weakness which is Skill Drain. Nothing, AND I DO MEAN NOTHING would be able to really touch it. Effect Veiler maybe? by any increases it gained before being veiler'd wouldn't really be lost...so yeah...NO TO NEW META!

Forza already posted the OCG correction I'd usually give in threads ("Material" is capitalized though), so I'll skip right to the CnC. (Since you made this a Rank 9 monster, but put Level 7 for materials; not sure how I'm going to grade this, but for simplicity's sake, I'll treat this as a Rank 9)

As for its ATK/DEF gaining effect, it is identical to that of Cyberdark Dragon (except uses your opponent's Graveyard also and isn't limited to monsters); which pretty much fits this card's name to a degree. Depending on how far in the game you summoned this card (assuming you get this out somewhere mid-game), this card could possibly reach around 3000-4000 [and possibly higher if you mill your own cards]. As for its field clearing effect, while being unable to attack on the turn you use it; your opponent essentially has to restart their whole field (and to an extent, you have to as well; assuming you had other monsters). Since this card "sends" monsters rather than destroys, cards like Starlight are pretty much useless against it. Then, on next turn, you can possibly sweep with card for game.

Though, it can still be killed/affected by stuff such as Mirror Force, Scrap Dragon, Torrential, et al, which may counterbalance this card's power to some extent; however it's still relatively OPed (not disregarding the fact that you can clear the field twice with this effect, albeit needing to wait another turn to actually attack).

As for this card's summoning materials, Level 9 monsters aren't that difficult to do nowadays (there are cards that can alter their Levels...)

Either way, you still have to fix the lore to either say "2 Level 9 monsters" in its Materials or reduce this card's Rank to 7 to match the lore. [Xyz Ranks and their Materials MUST match in Level]

I would suggest doing the former though b/c Dragon Rulers and other Decks that spam Level 7s will abuse it if you do latter and reduce the Rank.
