If this card attacks, you can Set up to 2 Spell/Trap card(s) from your hand. The effects of your opponent's monsters that this card destroys by battle are negated. I'm just going to be a dick here and say that this suggestion is completely and utterly stupid. Please, don't waste our time with pointless suggestions like that unless you actually have a reason to do so (which you do not, as the card is not even remotely similar to Paladin of White Dragon), and something to back up your reasoning (no, just because the name contains "Paladin" and "Dragon" does not make it similar to "Paladin of White Dragon"). OT: The card is decent for what it does, I guess, but it's pretty worthless overall, given that nobody really wants to activate any Spell / Trap Cards after the damage step anyways, so the usefulness of this card is close to nothing. Makyura lets you activate Trap during Main Phase 1. This card lets you do that for the rest of Battle Phase and Main Phase 2. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted October 23, 2013 Report Share Posted October 23, 2013 @above: Makyura allows you to use Traps during the duration of the turn, after it's discarded (not just during MP1). With that point said, this card's effect is essentially Dust Tornado's 2nd one and a weaker version of Temple of the Kings (if you set a Trap card with effect; hopefully you know that Temple and Makyura are both banned in Advanced). Like Zanda mentioned though, usually people don't activate cards after the Damage Step [unless it's Damage Condenser or something]; either you use stuff beforehand or in the middle of said step. Negation effect is OK though; stops searchers and other things but that's about the only useful effect on this card. It's good for what it's supposed to be doing though (there might be some cards that can utilize this effectively), but none come to mind at the moment. OCG fix: (If I still speak the lingo of you whippersnappers) Please add a capital letter at the start of each instance, except your prepositions. "Paladin of Red Dragon, Isbjørn" is thus the result. I would suggest "-" to replace your ",", as the phonetic tempo you're looking for has a much more prominent "pause" as it where with my suggestion. More dramatic, if you will. If this card attacks, you can Set up to 2 Spell or Trap Cards from your hand. If this card destroys a monster by battle, negate that monster's effect(s). At the end of the Damage Step, you can activate cards Set by this card's effect. Please take my OCG with a grain of salt, I left this page when Synchro's was the mainstream thing.
