This is the first card in this Singles set. Hope you like it!

You do realize that at the moment, the effect of the card affects itself as well, given that it's a Dragon-Type monster, and if it has its own effect negated, does it even do anything other that being a 3000 / 4000 Synchro Monster without an effect? Anyways, just change it to saying "While this card is face-up on the field, all other face-up Dragon-Type monsters you control have their effects negated and their ATK treated as 0. When this card inflicts 2000 or more battle damage to your opponent: You can Special Summon up to 2 Level 5 or lower Dragon-Type monsters from your Graveyard."

 

Consider the above an OCG fix as well. Anyways, to sum it up, the card is bad, you do not want to negate your own monsters effects and have their effects negated without any benefit from doing so.

Zanda pretty much said everything I have to say about this card:

 

You're wasting 3 Synchro Materials to essentially make a 3000/4000 monster (which is good), but its effect nerfs every other Dragon-Type you control and pretty much makes this a vanilla. If it affected the opponent instead of you, then maybe this would have some worth. As it stands now, you're negating your own monster effects (and lowering their ATK to 0) without any purpose/gain from it which pretty much kills it.

 

The SS effect would be nice, if this card weren't negating itself.

Pretty sure you meant this card's effect to not affect itself. Not sure what sorts of use you have in mind with this card. I see it as a precaution against potential abuse in a dragon deck, or creature swap this card to your opponent's field that is full of dragons xD. Always good to see some creativity. 

 

But since it doesn't benefit you directly, I would suggest making it easier to summon or buff up its effect.
