I Hate Snatch Steal
When this card is normal summoned: you can discard 1 card, then banish 1 other Beast-Type and 1 other Warrior-Type monster from your hand, field or graveyard; xyz summon 1 "Number 44: Sky Pegasus" from your extra deck and attach this card (from the field) and 1 card from your graveyard to it as xyz materials. A monster summoned by this effect gains 1000 ATK and once per turn it cannot be destroyed. Also, while that monster is face-up when your opponent pays life points: inflict 600 damage to your opponent. (Kaibaman and maiden with eyes of blue exist in the real game, so this thread doesn't belong in pop culture because of this card imo) (L standing for legendary) 3 Level 4 LIGHT Beast-Type monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 44: Sky Pegasus" you control that was not xyz summoned this turn and 1 spell/trap card from your hand as the Xyz Materials. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn: you can detach 1 xyz material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent control; destroy that target and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, when resolving an opponent's effect that targets this card, you can detach 1 xyz material from this card and if you do, it is unaffected by that effect. --------------------------------------------------------------------- non archtype support starts here: This card is always also treated as Beast-Type. You can special summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 Warrior-Type and 1 Beast-Type monster from your graveyard. Once per turn: you can discard 1 card to target 1 card on the field; destroy that target. Once per turn when this card attacks, after damage calculation: draw 1 card. I purposefully made it not beast-warrior type so that it wouldn't interact with fire firsts, and for the synergy with mach of course.
Toffee.
Why does Mach prevent the Summoned monster's effect from being negated? That was the whole point of Pegasus from the beginning; Either destroy stuff or force the Opponent to pay Life Points. Hell, even Mach's actual deck itself was focused around that whole concept; Make the Opponent pay absurd amounts of Life Points, because at the same time Pegasus inflicted damage to the Opponent of an equal amount. IE, they use Warning to pay 2000 and Pegasus would deal them an additional 2000, etc.No offense, design wise, but I think both of your cards are missing the point. Once of the key cards in that combo, the one that makes the opponent pay your life point costs, is too overpowered to be released. Thus I thought I'd take things in another direction with the goal of playability in mind. edit: I guess your right about not dropping the opponent paying life points. I changed that clause to giving a weaker version of sky pegasus's anime effect instead. What do you think now?
