DragonCreator123
Just came in with a random idea.
Trebuchet MS
Too late. OCG tweak: "Reduce the Levels of all the monsters in your hand have their levels lowered by 3. If by this effect a card monster in your hand is out of levels has an original Level of 3 or lower, banish it." Because Levels cannot be reduced below 1. Just look at how A Legendary Ocean interacts with WATER monsters with base Level 1.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
It's nifty, I will say that much, but since it requires a Tribute itself to get out, and since the Levels of all the monsters in your hand are reduced which lead to screwed up Xyz Plays, it's not very viable. I don't get why you need the Level 1 drawback, unless you were running Macro.dek in which case, the Deck would much rather go into Caius as their 1-Tributer. It certainly has potential, though, I'm not just not seeing it.
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
seems legit Like others said, it is an interesting idea. It turns level 7 or lower monsters to no tributes which can be nifty for Beatdown.dek. However, beyond giving you the ability to summon high level monsters more easily, I don't see much potential from this card. It messes up plays from the hand involving levels, which is kinda needed for a lot of Xyz and Synchro based decks that dominate the metagame. It's a unique niche, but it's probably something best keeping to casual matches.
DragonCreator123
A little fix: BTW, i have that card, and it says its name is Level Stealer.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Meh, now it's just worthless. It's going to get tossed aside, flatlined, rolled up via steamroller next turn with it's wimpy ATK, and the Level decrease is now negligible. Honestly, it was better before. Destiny Bound
Definitely think it's more worth-while in the original (AKA probably can't run it at all in the revised version), though the new name is useful. If it only effects monsters whilst they're in your hand, that wouldn't mess up your Synchros and Xyzs as far as I'm aware, as as far as I can see they would become their full level again once actually on the field (though I may be wrong there). As it stands, costing 1 tribute I would probably hit the ATK up to about 2200, and the DEF up to something like 1900, as you're not going to play this much in anything except Beatdown/Aggro decks. It probably wouldn't have a huge effect on the Meta, but being able to play anything up to Level 7 with no tributes would mean it would find a way into my "friendlies" deck! (Plus, if you ran this in an Ancient Gear deck with Gear Town, you could run Ancient Gear Golem and Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon at 0 tributes, which would be very useful.) Overall, I think the original version is better than the revised in all but name, and I think that if you work on it a little more it is a card worth having.
