宇佐見 蓮子@C94
When this card is Normal Summoned: you can Discard 1 card; Special Summon 2 Level 1 monsters with different names and less ATK than this card from your deck. Those monsters cannot be used as Synchro Material for a Synchro Summon
Rank 1 support, because why the hell not.
Sora1499
From where?! Deck? Graveyard? I don't think making a TGU and then some for an extremely wide range of targets is a good idea, even if it is just level 1.
Delibirb
Above, basically. Doesnt specify from where they are summoned, though I assume Deck and/or hand. Also, 2 Specials on a Normal is pretty OP, thats a 3 monster R1 right there. You may think that isnt that bad, but a well-suited deck can abuse this over the top. One possible idea would be on battle destruction, like Giant Germ, or maybe only on Flip Summon, so it needs to stay alive for a turn.
goddamnit names are a pain
Other than the points made, Discard is not capitalized, and a period is needed at the end. I would actually remove the Synchro limitation, and force them to be the same name. Summoning two of the same tuner is not as OP as pulling out two level ones with effects each. Maybe even negate the effects of the summoned cards. I'd play this in my T.G.s, that's for sure.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Guys, it's obvious that Toyo doesn't care about your comments on his card. [incomingirony]. The intent is to make ShyNEET, or Galaxy Queen, quickly. Though ShyNEET is worthy enough on its own, Galaxy Queen sucks. But still, pulling out two monsters out of nowhere, which can then turn this into ShyNEET or anything more dangerous is kind of derp. Oh, and a true shut-in is Lady Neetness. [/incomingirony]. Darj
If you read the effect in spoilers, you will find that she Summons from the deck. I like the card. Decent support for level 1s. I am more concerned with the Level 1s she can bring than the Rank 1s that can be summoned through her. For instance, a nice combo would be to bring any Level 1 and a Mystic Piper to Summon Shyneet and draw a card. It would be hilarous to search for Exodia pieces to later retrieve them with Backup Soldier or other combos.
