This is old news. Heavy Rock /Metal is also used as a torture device to interrogate Muslim terrorists if they refuse to cooperate. It's really interesting to use music as a method of torture~

The article said they hated any music (maybe many things from here to) that came from western culture; so they might think it is forbidden or bad to listen to due to it comes from the west. I just interpreted that from what the article said but it's not a good explanation. At least we have a new weapon on the war on terror! :)
