I Hate Snatch Steal
2 level 4 Spellcaster-Type monsters This card is always also treated as Fairy-Type. When this card is xyz summoned: you can add 1 ritual monster from your deck or graveyard to your hand. Once per turn: you can detach 1 xyz material from this card; choose 1 ritual monster from your hand. Send monsters from your deck to the graveyard whose total levels equal that ritual monster's level then ritual summon that ritual monster from your hand. If you summon this way, this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn. Rulings notes: - Summoning the monster occurs after you send the monsters from your deck to the graveyard. Thus an optional effect that activates from sending the monsters from the deck to the graveyard will miss the timing, assuming that it can miss the timing, and players can only chain to the ritual summon, not the monsters being sent to the graveyard. Should I drop the when xyz summoned effect or is it fine as is?
Guest Imperiused
The XYZ summoned effect is fine as is. With the plethora of ritual search cards out there, this particular portion of the effect isn't remarkable. Specifically, this would be a great card for support of Relinquished. Also the image is pretty cool. What is attempting to grab that angel? Edit: Dur-hurr. I'm retarded.

newhat
If you want the ruling to work that way, change "and Ritual Summon" to "then Ritual Summon". This would encourage Graveyard abuse. Since you can dump anything from your Deck to the Graveyard, not just Normal Monsters or Fusion Material, I could make this with 2 Summoner Monks, search Gishki Zielgigas, and dump 3 Wulf to instantly OTK. Even if you prevented other Summons on the turn this effect was used, I could dump Necro Gardnas or Mezukis for free pluses on later turns. I think you could change the "send to Graveyard" to "banish". It could be abused, but more creatively, with things like Necroface and D.D. Scout Plane, things that seem all right to me.
