Mobius the Mega Monarch and Will of the Monarchs

Also, I now need to test out a "no extra deck" frog build, this new Mobuis just might be good enough to replace my Obelisk build.

Orichalcos looks pretty good in here so far. I mean, other cards don't let you use Extra Deck anyways, so Orichalcos' only downside is irrelevant in the right build.

Then it shields the weakest monsters from being attacked, and the huge 2800 to 3300 ATK Mega Monarchs from being affected by other card effects.

 

On the downside though, those cards would not let Treeborn Frog operate, and that might be a major issue.

Actually, even though treeborn is the best way to do the normal monarch build, you can also run the substitoad build, which is more mobius-oriented anyways.

 

 If they actually manage to clear sealfrom the field, treeborn would then become useful again, meaning they can either put up with the extra 500 ATK or face a constant stream of tribute fodder for your monarchs.

 

On another note, I cant wait to see the art for Thestalos, if they really are related to the elemental dragons, then his blaster art is going to be amazing.
