Azuh
Tribute 1 "Utopia" monster; destroy all Set Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls. Utopia card... doesn't have Utopia in the card art K.
More than 3 characters
Utopia card... doesn't have Utopia in the card artK. I think the eff in the anime (where the artwork comes from) was different.

evilfusion
I think the eff in the anime (where the artwork comes from) was different. The anime version was a Spell that Tributed any Xyz. I don't mind this being Utopia specific. It was essentially a generic Delta Crow - Anti Reverse in Trap form otherwise. And it can be used alongside things like Utopia Buster and so on. It only recently occurred to me how the TCG distinguishes the Utopia support, since the TCG uses "Number C" for Chaos Numbers, and the OCG uses "CNo.", so if the OCG card says "No,39", it would be support for No,39, and all variants of CNo.39, but the TCG can't do that because "Number 39" would exclude C39. OCG: "No. 39" monster TCG: "Utopia" monster OCG: "CNo.39" monster TCG: "Number C39" monster
