This card is pretty much a 400 ATK stronger version of said card. Though this card will be in the Graveyard during the End Phase; it won't have a chance to activate its effect. (If you add the effect that allows you to equip to the monster at the End Phase, then it'll work)

This card can only Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by removing banishing 3 Fiend-Type monsters in from your Graveyard from play. When During the End Phase, if this card was destroyed in by an opponent's card this turn (either by battle or by your opponent's card effect) and sent to the Graveyard while it is a Monster Card in your possession: it is treated as an Equip Spell Card at the end of the turn. Equip Target 1 face-up of your opponent's monster your opponent controls; with this card equip this card from your Graveyard to that target. As long as it While this card is equipped to a monster with this effect, card, you take control the equipped of that monster.

That said, even its non-PSCT effect implies it targets, so it can't equip to Obelisk, which is immune to targeting effects.
