This card is level 4 while in your Deck or Graveyard. If your opponent controls more monsters then you do, you can Normal Summon this card with less tributes than required, up to the difference in monsters. When your opponent declares a direct attack: you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned: you can discard 1 Warrior-Type monster to target 1 card on the field; destroy that target. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle, but if this effect is applied, change this card to face-up defense position at the end of the Damage Step.

 

Why is it level 4 while in the deck or graveyard? So you can use it with cards like reinforcement of the army of course.
