A Girl card, time to get the plastic wrap and card maker running, this is pretty perfect, details and so forth aren't really an issue, overall my grade on this is from 1 to 10. This is a solid 8, reasons: stats are equal to a monster I've seen before (alot ) but only by half.[literally ] design was catching and the outside stats were balance, although I think this is going somewhere until I see more from this in Battle tomorrow I won't know.( I collect RDs and FDs hehe the fair kind). As for anything to add, I can't say,I'll let the seniors deal, but personally I'm just glad its a Girl on the card, Girls make the game pleasant ^_^

Anyway, on to the card. Lore's perfect with PSCT, so no need to tweak it.

 

What bothers me is that this card's stat boosts are both permanent and Quick, which means Haruhi will become a no-summon 2700/2700 beater by the opponent's turn if she keeps buffing herself.

 

Two options to go here - either keep the effect Quick, but the boost temporary, or keep the boost permanent, but the effect as an Ignition effect.

 

At the very least, it's okay for a first.

I've changed it to just once per turn, that way Haruhi can only become a 2700 beater on my next turn, not my opponent's turn.

As Gad already mentioned, the ATK boost is permanent so over time, it will add up (in this case, possible 2700/2700 on your next turn; assuming you use this card's effect on turn it's summoned.)

 

My suggestions: either make it temporary so boosts don't accumulate or make the point gain smaller. 2100 ATK on a Level 4 is quite a bit, but if it's limited until the End Phase of the turn, then it isn't too bad.

 

But overall, OCG/PSCT is nice for a first card; keep it up.
