During your next Standby Phase after this card was Tributed for a Tribute Summon: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck the turn you activate this effect. The new Treeborn Frog for no-Extra Monarchs, though most of the time, you'll just have to Set this and hope your opponent doesn't run it over so you can use it as a Tribute. I mean, that's the big reason Frogs are the best tribute engine. This isn't enough to make a backrow focused build work. In my eyes. A chaos build could be interesting eventually, since Dark/Light have some interesting floaters (Like Ebony and Ivory) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even though you can defend it with Traps and use it with Molding of the Monarchs, you would have to Tribute Summon every single turn to make this work.
