Rank 8/LIGHT/Dinosaur-Type/3 Level 8 monsters/ATK 3000/DEF 2500 Cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. When Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. Monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for every Dragon-Type monster in either player's Graveyard. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; your opponent draws 1 card. If this face-up card has no Xyz Materials: Restart the duel. Puts a huge strain on time limits to do this, and is asking for matches to end in draws. Though Overlay Capture becomes a hilarious way to flip the table if the controller of this is in a winning position. Granted, there are parts of this I do like, just not the infinite reset button. I cannot fathom how, from a writer's standpoint, it would be a good idea to make Duelists restart a Duel, rather than outright make a player win or make the Duel end in a draw. Also, despite the idea of Dinos being pre-evolved Dragons (and the set "Primal Origins" does make me think the Type is legit), I somehow doubt a card with "Dragon" in its name will be a Dinosaur. Brionac is a Sea Serpent (Sea Dragon in Japan), so it makes sense at least. Only Dinosaur I know that fits is Crawling Dragon #2. Don't forget Sword Arm of Dragon and Root Dragonwood. Both of them have "Dragon" in their names when they're actually Dinosaur-Types. While Number 62 being a Dinosaur-Type would not be far fetched (plus since it's part of the set "Primal Origins" it could work), being able to restart the duel is just far too unbelievable.
