Wish me luck, guys

It's not that nobody likes vanillas, it's just that without enough support, there isn't really a point in making them. I'll avoid bashing them on that aspect.

For the first one, change it to a normal tuner as it currently has the effect card... card? border?... the card is the wrong color(someone help me with what the eff its called), and it gets to have a description, blah blah.

ie: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Flamvell_Guard

Second card doesn't get a description, only the summon requirements. That's how it goes for non effect synchros.

ie: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Gaia_Knight,_the_Force_of_Earth

Anyway, DBD is fine as is, not much to comment on.

SDCR is really weak for a level 8 with no effect. I'd say bump it up to 3100, or 3050 since you seem to love having that 50 attack.

that would be a frame.

And while this could be something really cool there are some issues.

1. the first one needs a description, though the whole effect monster frame is an issue with card maker so unless you're gonna go somewhere else that can't be helped.

2. extra deck normal monsters don't get flavor text, and further more the name for the tuner is wrong.

3. if your gonna specify the level of the other monster and the level of the first is the same why not just make it an Xyz?

other than those things i like the creativity and it could be noted that what typically makes up for a normal's lack of effects is high attack power. the specificity of this card's materials warrants at least 3000 atk.

Well last time u have many mistakes about Xyz monster, but for this u make only somethings, u didn't need to declare a Level of non-Tuner for Synchro Summon, no need to declare a number of the specific Tuner and u have to have non-Tuner word so it should be "1 or more non-Tuner monsters" or "1 non-Tuner monster" if u really want to Synchro with only 2 monsters.

In addition, you can also make a Beige-color Tuner with this site cardmaker, just make a Normal Monster then when u enter the type, instead of "Dragon" u can just type "Dragon / Tuner" :)

Look at the Level 8 Synchros that exist today; there are a plethora of them at your disposal. You have bad ones like Ally of Justice Light Gazer, annoyingly difficult to Summon ones like Chaos Goddess, and many more that are actually very good. Previously, when your Synchro Monster was a 2850 beater, it was outclassed entirely by every Synchro Monster that simply had more ATK (Red Dragon Archfiend and his upgraded form, Colossal Fighter since you need just a single Warrior in the Grave to knock him up to 2900, and a few others that are not generic). However, your monster had no effect, making it further outclassed by those monsters, and at the same time, also gets outclassed by weaker Synchros with powerful effects, such as both Stardust Dragons, Scrap Dragon, Thought Ruler Archfiend, and even a few kinda-not-generic ones like Dark End Dragon. To put the final nail in your monster's coffin, it was also a non-generic monster, requiring the Level 4 not-so-strong vanilla Tuner you made as well as another monster, who is exactly Level 4, to make the monster. With Summoner Monk being the one of, if not the only way of conveniently Summoning your monster, it becomes weaker than pretty much every Level 8 Synchro monster already existing in the game, except maybe Light Gazer.

Bumping the monster's ATK to 3050 does help it a little bit, but given its total lack of effect and non-generic Summoning requirement, it's still not good enough. As your monster has to compete with several monsters with good effects, it would initially seem like a good idea to try is to make one that doesn't have a good effect (or none at all), but you have to remember what ATK values you're reaching at here. When Jeweled Red Dragon Archfiend has an extremely beefy 3000 ATK and an effect that can potentially wipe your opponent's entire frontrow, making a monster with more ATK is not going to be very helpful. All it would do is increase your damage output, as there are scarcely any monsters that break over 3k ATK, and given JRDA's effect, you are still going to inflict less damage because your monster cannot clear away your opponent's monsters like JRDA can.

I suggest you forgo the concept of making an extremely beefy vanilla monster here, and instead, try to make a monster with 2600-3000 ATK with an effect that would allow it to be good alongside the likes of Jeweled Red Dragon Archfiend, Stardust Spark Dragon, or Angel of Zera. Try not to make it too much like an existing Level 8 Synchro, however, because then you would either by irksomely making that monster obsolete or utterly failing. Having your monster require Dark Banchee Dragon as the Tuner is alright (especially if you don't want to make your monster generic), but it would help a lot if the latter part of its requirement was "+ 1 or more non-Tuner monsters" instead, so you won't be forced to use a Level 4 as a non-Tuner (unless you somehow modify Dark Banchee Dragon's Level, but that's usually not something you would want to do).

As for your vanilla Tuner, it's... ok, but that's really because it gains a ton of support just by being a Dragon, which lets it work with things like Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, Hieratic monsters (who will be able to make Trident Dragon a lot more easily with their Level 6 monsters, which are indisputably a lot better than their other Levels), and whatnot. I already mentioned that Summoner Monk could use this card, though it won't be anything new since other Level 4 Tuners exist. Like your Synchro Monster, the lack of an effect here hurts the monster's playability, making its Type and Attribute the only reason to run it when things like Mist Valley Soldier already exist.

Since both of these are Vanillas, not much to really say about these cards.

Other than that, they have decent stats for their Levels.

You can give Banchee a description text if you want to (since it's a Normal Monster).

As for Ragnorok (I'm assuming this is an intentional misspelling of Ragnarok), its stats are decent for a semi-generic Level 8 monster; though for the non-Tuner component, should be "1 or more non-Tuner monster", unless you want this to be summoned with only 2 monsters (given that the Tuner is Level 4 to start). As above poster mentioned, effectless Synchros won't do much against the other Level 8s like Scrap Dragon, Stardust/(Radiance), RDA (and Jeweled Red Daemon's), etc
