When this card is Special Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Stardust Token"(Dragon-Type/LIGHT/Level 7/ATK 0/ DEF 0). It cannot be used as Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a Level 8 WIND or LIGHT monster.

So a monster that SS itself from your hand if you don't have monsters (and in a restrictive form) and is basically used for Stardust Radiance, Light End, Avenging Knight Parshath, Angel of Zera, Vylon Epsilon (Given its name, it's support for Radiance/Spark); keep in mind that these are only the monsters that can be summoned assuming you use only the token/this card. This card could be used for the other LIGHT monsters.

 

It's restrictive in what its used for, however, but overall looks good

so after fix it's worse than LIGHT, a WIND Synchro monsters other than Stardust are nothing but ..., if it was about LIGHT u will get either Spark or Zera and since Spark exists, original Stardust is nothing to compare with.

Nice card and effect, and I agree, the art is perfect.

 

Flip up Limit Reverse and SS Formula and go for Shooting Star.

Normal Summon Junk Synchron, SS Formula.

One for One, Normal Summon a level 1. ETC.

Thanks for the criticism both of you :3 In case you haven't noticed though, Stardust Token can now be Material for both WIND and LIGHT, though Stardust Chick can only be used for Mist Wurm and Stardust Dragon (it would be pretty unfair to be able to whip out any LIGHT synchro you want just by not having monsters). I don't think I'll be making any more changes to the effects, though.
