I figured they were either going to nerf it to give it more accessibility, or give it some summoning restrictions. Also, Junk Doppel could make this if they used Junk Synchron and a LV5 Synchro. Sure Solemn Warning/CED and D-Prison are things, but they're limited/semi respectively, and not many decks run D-Prison. Chaos, but that is limited to Chaos accessible decks. Thing is pretty insane.
