Chapter 1: The Most Powerful Witch
Aside from being a student at Akagi High School, Tatsuo Kamiya is also the most powerful Witch alive and he is destined to save the world from the Ignius Witches with the help of the Avalon Witches. However, all Tatsuo wants is to live a normal life which caused him to go into hiding for nearly a decade. That is until one day, Tatsuo is suddenly ambushed by a group of Ignius Witches and appearing to his rescue is three of his classmates. Thrust back into the world of Witches and Magic, Tatsuo must now find a way to keep his two lives separate with the help of his new friends. The beginning of a supernatural adventure starts now!

Three hours ago, the sun had disappeared from the horizon; a full moon had risen to take its place in the cloudless sky. The beautifully white celestial sphere bathed Shigen City in its luminous aura all the while the city's inhabitants went upon their lives in relative peace. In a dark alleyway, a feral cat - black as a moonless night - leaped onto the metal lid of a trashcan and with its piercing, yellow eyes gazed at the moon's majesty almost as if it were jealous of the moon's white beauty. This night was the night of an important gathering: a gathering of the Magic Council1. At an undisclosed location somewhere in the outskirts of Shigen City, the meeting was about to take place. The room was dark; barely lit by a few candles on ornate, steel candle holders mounted onto the decrepit, crumbly walls. At the center of the dark room is a long, stone table surrounded by eleven stone seats. Carved onto the table are what appear to be alchemy circles. Finally, at the center of the table is a single silver candle holder with three white wax candles; barely melted.

In this mysterious room, the members of the Magic Council gathers...!

Five individuals, shrouded by darkness, entered into the room and took their seats; one individual - seemingly the leader of the Magic Council - took the stone seat at the front end of the table. The same figure then proceeded to place his hands onto the table with his right hand on top of his left. Clearing his throat, the same figure began to spoke in an elderly, masculine voice. "Shall we commence with the meeting?" the elder leader asked calmly.

"Only five of us are here. Where are the other two council members?" the slightly agitated voice of a young man questioned.

"Unfortunately, they couldn't make it. The Ignius Witches of their districts are causing more trouble than usual." the calm voice of an older woman - probably in her late thirties to early forties - responded to the inquiry.

One of the five individuals immediately gasped after hearing the words of the previous woman. The gasp seems to belong to a younger female member; possibly an adolescent. "What if the Ignius Witches have already discovered his existence!?" the young female member proposed.

"Unlikely. We've been keeping him under the radar of those Ignius Witches for over a decade." the young man stated.

"Nothing is impossible with a bit of powerful Magic. They could've slipped under our radar." a new voice, that of a man possibly in his early-to-mid thirties, commented.

"And that is why we're here. We must decide a new approach of protecting Avalon's descendant. Now especially more than ever considering Avalon's Magic is becoming more and more unstable. Akane, since the boy is located in your district, how do you suppose we go about protecting him?" the elder leader asked as he faces the older female member.

"Needless to say, I'm already on the case. I have acquired the help of two exceptional Witches under my district to act as the boy's personal guardians." Akane explained.

"Only two? Will that be enough?" the member in his thirties inquired cautiously.

"Two will do for now. The Ignius Witches located in Akane's district won't prove much of a threat. In addition, Akane's occupation as the principal of the boy's high school should quell the majority of our worries." the elder leader commented.

"I wonder if the Ignius Witches have discovered the person born with Ignius' Magic yet." the young female member mentioned.

"Sooner or later, the two born with Avalon's and Ignius' Magic will meet in combat. Let's just hope Avalon's descendant will be ready by then. The fate of both witchcraft and humanity will depend upon him." Akane stated.

-3 Weeks Later-

2My name is Tatsuo Kamiya. A young man with medium-length, brown hair yawns as he walks down a busy street. The young man seems to be in his late teens and he is wearing a uniform with the gold emblem of Akagi High School imprinted onto his dress shirt on his left-side pocket. I'm just your average high school student who struggles with final exams and the urge to sleep in every morning. Stopping in front of the bus station, the young man rubs the back of his head as he fights to keep his eyes open. Every morning, it usually takes me fifteen minutes to go from home to school. Five minutes is spent getting to the bus station and the last ten minutes is spent waiting on the bus to get to school. After waiting for a while, the bus finally arrived at the station and as its doors opened, the young man got on, pay his fare, and took a seat towards the back of the bus. This bus was one of the many contracted by Akagi High School to transport students. As with every day, the bus was noisy with the sounds of students laughing and conversing with one another. Meanwhile, the young man sat alone with his satchel resting on his lap, his right elbow resting on satchel, and his chin resting on his palm as he quietly watches the outside world from the window. I thought today was going to be like any other day.

The end of peaceful days begins!

Tatsuo's trip on the bus to school ended two minutes later than he had anticipated but punctuality was never something Tatsuo cared much about. After all, he still had a solid ten minutes before his first class of the day began. When the bus had stopped, Tatsuo stood up and prepared to exit only to be caught in a sudden accident. One of the larger male students rushed towards the exit at the front of the bus and in his fever pitch, the student knocked Tatsuo from the aisle into the side of the bus. "Oof!" Tatsuo grunted as he felt the impact. The student hadn't even bothered to apologize to Tatsuo after the incident. Unfortunately, Tatsuo was used to this kind of treatment; he was sort of a nobody when it comes to the social hierarchy of Akagi High School. Regaining his composure, Tatsuo let out a small sigh and exited the bus. At his shoe locker, Tatsuo removed his sneakers and replaced them with the indoor shoes used at school. Unbeknownst to Tatsuo, a female student with medium-length, brownish blonde hair was observing him from afar; her face was hidden by some of the shoe lockers. After walking away, the female student approached Tatsuo's shoe locker and pointed at his name. "Tatsuo Kamiya... Found ya." the female student ominously whispered before leaving the scene. Finally, Tatsuo's first class of day had begun and as usual, Tatsuo placed his elbow on his desk and his chin on his palm and quietly watched the teacher.
1Magic Council: A collective of powerful Witches in charge of every existing Avalon Witch. The Magic Council consists of seven members and each member is in charge of a district that is under the watch and protection of Avalon Witches residing within the district.

-Earlier That Day-

Yuki sprayed the water from his bottle into his face washing away the sweat from the early morning gymnastics workout. Most of the other members of the team had already left for the lockeroom, and the room slowly cleared out Yuki watching from his perch atop the high bar.

Once the room had cleared out Yuki allowed his weight to fall forwards landing on his feet and walking toward the lockeroom. The silence and solitude of it was greatly refreshing as stripped off and threw his uniform into his locker.

Clicking the lock for his locker in place Yuki walked to the shower area, turning the dial for the nearest shower up to 'HOT', and quickly washed the sweat and grime of the workout away. After his shower the young man dressed quickly and rushed out of the lockeroom to his 1st hour class.

-After the Bell-

Late, Yuki walked sheepishly into his classroom, only to receive a pointed look from his teacher. "Late again aren't we Mr. Mochizuki. This isn't going to become a habit I hope..." The young man shook his head. The teacher sighed and returned to the board.

Avoiding the looks of his classmates Yuki rushed to his seat neglecting the foot that shot out in front of him, and tumbling to the ground his supplies and books scattering.

The teacher turned, and quickly rolled her eyes, "new pair of feet Mr. Mochizuki? Come now its called walking, its really not such a difficult concept..." With that harsh comment the teacher returned to writing the lesson on the board leaving Yuki to gather his things.

"Yeah come on you stupid faggot, learn to walk," said the boy who had tripped Yuki, sneering down at him.

Not giving the other boy a response Yuki picked himself up and hurried to his seat quickly opening his notebook, studiously taking notes and trying to keep back the tears brimming in his eyes.

"103!... 104!... 105!..."

Hiroki was out in his backyard just before the sun began to peek over the horizon. As he began to see the sky changing color, he turned his head toward the rising ball of light and bellowed, "Don't look yet! I haven't reached 200 yet!" He continued to pull the ropes that hooked around two thick, seperate tree branches and held a pile of bricks on each other end, counting at the top of his lungs, "178!... 179!...180!...181!..." He could hear the sounds of crabby neighbors faintly yelling within a few blocks.

"Bah, if you were able to get your lazy asses up earlier, you wouldn't have to be woken up!" Hiroki spat as he made his final reps, "197!... 198!...199!... 200!!" Just as he counted his last rep, the sun's light exploded behind him as he turned around the reveal himself to it, letting his ripped figure glisten from the sweat that dripped down the accents of his abs. He wiped his forehead, exhaling as he raised his hands in the air.

"GOOD MORNING WORLD!" the announcement summoned more angry responses from the neighbors, only making his grin widen. He went inside, wiping himself dry with the towel that hung by the back door. Both of his parents were already gone: his mother ran her own produce stall in the local market while his dad worked as the local butcher with some of the best meat around. Hiroki always had a good meal to come home to.

He bolted up to his room on the second floor. His first stop was the bathroom, where he took time to admire himself in the mirror, practicing his poses to impress the ladies, "What's up, ladies?" he rehearsed, "You like what you see? Well, it's free for you-!" He stopped himself, coughing and hacking to cover up his own embarrassment, "Bah, I don't need to rehearse. They'll like what they see!"

His next stop was his room, which was riddled with posters of half-naked women on the walls. He paid no mind to them, as his attention was on his clothing rack at the other side of his room just by his bed mat. He picked out his uniform, sighing at the sight of it, "Why do I need to wear this?" he mumbled, struggling to put it on. It was a snug fit in his bulky body, but not enough to rip it, though he kinda wish it did so he'd have an excuse to go topless. He went back into the bathroom to see himself in the uniform, sighing even deeper, "Bah, it could be worse. My face could be hidden!" He laughed loudly, grinning at his reflection with a glisten in his teeth that, to him, made a TING! sound.

Just as he began to catch up with his ego, he stormed downstairs, grabbed his lunch from the kitchen, hoisted his supplies on his shoulder, and bolted to the bus stop.
After the bus ride, Hiroki hopped off and immediately headed to his first class, where he had just made it as the bell rang, "Woo! Made it just in time!" The teacher and every student in the class looked up at him. The teacher rolled her eyes at the grin Hiroki wore as he stood tall and still for a few seconds, later heading to his seat. He heard whispers amongst his classmates, looking around curiously.

"Ladies, gents, if you have anything to say to me, feel free to say it, don't be shy!"

"Hiroki," the teacher snapped, "while you may be on time, the class has started, so don't disrupt it."

"Oh why yes, ma'am," Hiroki bowed, "I apologize for the flashy entrance." Still bowing, he looked up, winked, and grinned with another sparkle in his teeth, taking his seat. Again, the teacher rolled her eyes, beginning the class. Soon after, the door opened, and a young man showed up late.

"Late again, aren't we mister Mochizuki?"

Mochizuki, huh? Hiroki thought, I'll keep that in mind.

Hiroki was just about to open his book when he saw the latecomer trip and fall to the floor, letting his books fly everywhere.

"Come on now, it's called walking..."

"Yeah come on, stupid fa**ot, learn to walk!"

Hiroki cringed as he watched Mochizuki struggle to get his books and seat himself. At the corner of his eye, he saw one of the students return their leg from out of the walkway, beginning to chuckle. The teacher looked in his direction, "Something funny, Hiroki?"

Hiroki shook his head, "No ma'am, your beauty just makes he chuckle with happiness!" He gave the teacher a thumbs up and another shining grin, making her roll her eyes again.

"One more word out of you and I'll have you whipped."

Hiroki huffed as his imagination went wild, "Whipped by you... OH, THAT'S HOT-" He was cut off by a piece of chalk bashing his forehead and knocking him back, desk and everything. Everyone in the class looked at him, but immediately looked back when the teacher insisted class to begin. Hiroki tossed his desk back up, mentally readying himself and pretending none of that happened.

It was like a daily spectacle, people paused what they were doing to gather around and watch as the fancy black limousine pulls in to the school gates, its glossy finish simply radiating with class. From the back seat of the car stepped out Kazumi, the princess of Kawaguchi Corporation, utterly ignoring her chauffeur's frown as he had insisted on opening the door for her. Regarding her "welcoming committee" with a certain distaste, she was quite glad she had turned down her uncle's offer to have her airlifted to school by helicopter every day and simply arriving by a different land vehicle each time.

"Kazumi-chan! Good morning!" A girl rushed towards her waving her arm frantically, stopping right in front of her to give a small bow and a wide smile.

"Ah, morning, Hana-chan," responded Kazumi, in a tone that heavily suggested to the other girl to calm down. Hana Yamamoto was the daughter of one of Kawaguchi Corp's executives and undoubtedly, her father had asked her to approach the young heiress of the Kawaguchi conglomerate. The two properly warmed up to each other eventually, but Hana still dressed identically to Kazumi, with the sleeved red jacket variant of the Akagi High uniform along with a crimson tie and everything black beneath the waist, and she even dyed her hair blonde to match. For the sake of no one confusing the two from behind though, Kazumi had managed to at least convince the girl to wear her hair differently. Where Kazumi's was cropped at shoulder length to accommodate her participation in sports and athletics, Hana's flowed down her back and held ribbons to tie back her bangs.

"Not bad, not bad at all," A boy nearby whispered to his friend as he held his hands outwards framing the girls between his fingers. "You and I, one each, it divides perfectly."

"What are you doing?" cried Hana stomping towards the two, but Kazumi held her back.

"There's no need to concern yourself with someone like that," said Kazumi. "Come on now or we'll be late for class."

----------

Ordinary talk, mundane talk. Kazumi rested her head on her desk as the classmates gathered around her desk droned on about everything from boys to last night's TV show. The topics were suddenly interrupted by the entrance of the class clown, a meathead and utter idiot, and the ringing of the bell which more or less happened simultaneously. Kazumi rolled her eyes at the kid's ridiculous words and would've stood and told the kid off herself if the teacher had not spoken up.

The door opened again. The poor kid that stumbled in, Mochizuki if Kazumi recalled correctly, received no kindness from the teacher, but Kazumi believed it warranted as he should not have been late, however, what she did find unwarranted was the foot that stuck out into the aisle that sent the kid tumbling over and the verbal abuse he consequentially received. Furrowing her eyebrows, she was about to say something when Hana tapped her shoulder.

"There's no need to concern yourself with someone like that," she said. "Besides, it's only going to cause another disruption in class." Though another disruption happened nonetheless as the idiot trying to flirt with the teacher was comically sent flying backwards with a piece of chalk.

Shaking her head, Kazumi settled herself more comfortably in her seat and concentrated herself to school work.

The class has yet to begun and now it was graced by the arrival of the stunning Class President: Kazumi Kawaguchi. She is basically at the very top of the student body pyramid. She has it all: brains, beauty, the entire package really. Her grades even dominate the upperclassmen. Heck, she even has her own fan club that pretty much alienates any nonmembers' interaction with their, "Princess". Someone like Tatsuo probably doesn't exist to her. As usual, barely minutes into the lecture and Tatsuo had already become bored, causing him to shift his attention to the window directly to the left of him. That is until a particular student made a flashy entrance. Hiroki Minoru: a flirty musclehead with way too much confidence. Tatsuo doesn't know the guy, personally, but Tatsuo actually found his antics amusing, regardless whether or not they're meant to be. Normally Tatsuo would be scolded by the teacher at this point for blankly staring out the window but, today, it seems another student has caught her immediate attention.

It was a male student by the name of Yuki Mochizuki - Captain of the Akagi Gymnastics Club. Ironically, he caused a scene by being unbalance; in other words, he tripped and fell. Following the teacher's rather harsh comment, another male student quietly insulted Yuki on the way to his desk. Tatsuo could tell it wasn't Yuki's fault for tripping, that student most likely had a hand in it. This led to a one-sided flirt involving the teacher and Hiroki which ended up with a piece of chalk forcefully bashed into Hiroki's forehead, sending him and his desk falling back. Between Kazumi, Hiroki, and Yuki, there aren't any other notable characters in the class. And so Tatsuo went back to staring out the window, again. After his first class had ended, Tatsuo made his way to the teacher's lounge as he did on Monday's and Wednesday's mornings to fulfill his duty of delivering papers to classrooms. Arriving at the teacher's lounge on the fourth floor, Tatsuo entered and was greeted by one of the teachers: a woman with shoulder-length black hair who is wearing a lavender-colored suit.

"Oh, you're here. Take these to 2-B." the teacher instructed as she handed Tatsuo a large stack of paper.

"Okay." Tatsuo gave a simple reply and headed on his way.

As he arrived on the third floor and headed towards the ladder to the second floor, the strange girl from this morning - the one who approached Tatsuo's shoe locker - can be seen walking just behind him; her footsteps were eerily quiet. Suddenly, she began to reach out with her right left hand as if to grab Tatsuo's shoulder but she quickly stopped when she realized a group of students was approaching. Kazumi, her friend Hana, and Kazumi's fan club approached from in front of Tatsuo. Tatsuo didn't pay them any mind and just passed Kazumi without saying a word or even giving a quick glance. Near the end of the line of people following Kazumi, one of the students pushed Tatsuo to the side of the wall. "Next time don't you dare block the Princess' path." the male student warned which was followed by some mocking laughs by some of the female students. As one for avoiding confrontations, Tatsuo ignored what had happened. Looking down, he noticed some of the papers had fallen onto the floor and so he picked them up and gingerly wiped away the dust.

The girl who was following Tatsuo kept to the side, avoiding Kazumi and her fan club entirely all the while staring at Tatsuo from afar. As both parties left, the girl was left standing there with a scowl on her face. "Tch." She made her annoyance clear. Soon, other students began to flood the halls, ruining her plans for the moment. For now, she went a different way.

Homeroom: the time of day where the students would help in cleaning up their designated classroom. Tatsuo had the job of sweeping the floor and, as usual, he did it quietly and without complaint. "Hey Tatsuo, it's your turn to empty the trash bin." a female student said as she handed him the trash bin. It was full to the brim with trash. Tatsuo nodded in compliance and made his way to the secluded area where the dumpsters are located at behind the school's large cafeteria. The cafeteria is empty at this time of day as the cooks prepared lunch for the students. Most high schools in Japan don't even have cafeterias but thanks to the generous contributions of Mr. Kawaguchi - Kazumi's father - Akagi could afford to build one. Anyways, Tatsuo soon arrived at the dumpsters and proceeded to empty the trash bin. "Now to get back there and finish the sweeping." Tatsuo remarked to himself.

"Tatsuo Kamiya." the voice of a young female came from behind Tatsuo.

Tatsuo looked back and noticed three attractive girls. They're students from the fact that they're wearing Akagi's uniforms. One of them is a familiar face, not to Tatsuo, but she is the one who's been following Tatsuo; she's also the one who had just called out to Tatsuo. "Can I help you?" Tatsuo asked.

The girl gave a devious grin. "You're coming with us, Avalon's descendant!" the girl exclaimed as she and the other two girls disappeared in a poof of smoke. As the smoke cleared, all three girls were shown dressed in Witch's outfits. The main girl wore a fur-trimmed, goldenrod-colored cloak with a Witch's hat that resembles a cat's head complete with cartoonish ears, eyes, nose, mouth, and whiskers. The next girl, who has a tan skin tone and light blue-colored hair, wore a tattered, leather cloak and a gunslinger-esque Witch hat. Then finally, there is the girl with luscious, long, curly blonde hair with a fur-trimmed, blue cloak and no hat but she does have a lasso fastened to her belt. Seeing these three girls made Tatsuo's eyes widened with shock but before he could react to the situation, the girl with the lasso removed said item from her belt and swung it towards Tatsuo, successfully tangling him and bringing him crashing to the floor.

"Hey, this is no way to treat your captive!" Tatsuo joked as he struggled to free himself but to no avail. I neglected to mention this but... I'm the world's most powerful Witch and I'm being hunted for my Magic.

As soon as the class was over Yuki was out of there like a lightening bolt, unfortunately he didn't make it far before he was pulled back by his messenger bag in the hulking body of his most common abuser, and the boy who had tripped him, Uchiro Yamahiga.

"You know the gymnastics team must suck to have someone as coordinated as yourself as their captain. Either that or they just think your so pathetic they gave you the position out of pity." The bigger boy's smile was cruel, and behind him some of his friends laughed which only grew in volume as he slammed Yuki into the locker.

"Yamahiga-kun please stop..." was all Yuki could whimper out as his breath forced out of him.

"Shut-up, your voice is like nails on a chalkboard," a disgusted look came across Uchiro's face before turning into a look that was much more malicious. "You I think we should Mochizuki-kun here for any contraband material and take it off his hands, because we wouldn't want out good friend to get in trouble. Hey, Mitsuo check his bag."

Several snickers rose as the other boy walked over to were Yuki was still shoved against the locker, and opening his bag rifled through the contents.

"Hmm... look at this! Its a cellphone, Yamahiga-kun. Now we're not supposed to have these are we?!" He snicker raising his arm to dash the phone against the opposite wall.

"No, please..." Yuki's voice came out as barely a whisper, squirming briefly only to pressed harder back into the lockers. As the other boy was about to through the phone a hand came across his wrist stopping him.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you," said the boy, a tall and gangly young man, who had his eyes narrowed  on Ushiro, "and if I'm not perssuasive enough there's to other members of the gymnastics team ready kick your butts if even think about hurting our captain even more."

"Hmm..." Ushiro dumped Yuki to the floor, who scrambled to the saftey of his teammates, "fine, Mitsuo give him the phone back." The bulky boy glared as he walked away, his shoulder's set in anger. Mitsuo, after dropping the phone in Yuki's hands, sulked off to along with the rest of Ushrio's goons.

"You okay Mochizuki-kun?" asked the tall boy from before.

"Oh, yes I'm fine thank you Yamada-kun." Yuki made a quick bow.

"Alright, that's good, hey let us walk you to your next class make sure none of his goons mess with you," the boy, Naoto Yamada, offered with a genuine smile.

"That would be great thank you."

-During Homeroom-

Yuki had just been returning from using the bathroom near the cafeteria, when he heard something strange, something that shouldn't be there... it wasn't long before he picked out the shimmering blue light in the empty cafeteria.

"Yuki! Yuki! Its the boy Avalon's descendant, 3 Ignius witches are going to take him!" In that moment Yuki was very glad he'd tasked Titania to watching the border of the school on the look out for anything suspicious.

Quickly Yuki ran until he was just close enough to the dumpster were he could here the conversation between the Ignius witches and Tatsuya. "You're coming with us Avalon's descendent!"

"Uh, oh." From behind the school's doors a puff of smoke emitted emitted from Yuki's body as he made his transformation into his witch outfit. Whip in hand Yuki dashed outside Titania following suit, still untransformed. "Ahem, I'm sorry, but I can't let you do what your about to do." It was then that Titania transformed staring the girls down and daring them to make a move. "Please release him before things have to get violent, I hate violence." To some it might've sounded sarcastic, but from Yuki it just sounded sad. He did really mean what he said though, really wanting to avoid conflict with these girls as much as possible.

Homeroom: The time of the day where Kazumi could get any substantial respite. Her followers fought over taking Kazumi's cleaning duties and so Kazumi herself was left to do as she wished during this period. It was for times like that which she was not entirely dissatisfied with having such classmates. It wasn't like she did not appreciate their admiration and devotion, but she did find them quite silly and often rather boring as well... Though, it was not like there was much else to entertain her at this school. Absentmindedly, Kazumi wandered to the door and glanced outside.

"Where are you going?" Kazumi turned around to come face to face with Hana.

"Ah, just going to the washroom," she said and the teacher paid her no heed as she walked out. She was, after all, the class representative, not to say the school's sponsor.

----------

"Cosplayers?" There were five people in strange costumes that brought Kazumi to this conclusion. She didn't actually need to go to the washroom and thus decided to step in to uphold the school's rules as she had intended on aiming for the position of President next year. Kazumi wasn't sure why these people were here, but she knew they didn't belong dressing like that. By no means should you wear anything but the school uniform at Akagi High.

Coming closer, Kazumi recognized one of them to be Mochizuki from her class and tied on the ground was Kamiya, another one of her classmates, apparently struggling while bound by a whip. Two of her own classmates were involved in this, it did no good for her as their class rep and the one responsible for them. Was this some sort of act? A rehearsal? Well, they certainly shouldn't be doing that here, especially during homeroom when they should be cleaning. Three of the girls, including the one holding the whip, could possibly be students, Kazumi wasn't entirely sure, though the one woman in the Victorian style dress and wearing fairy wings was definitely too old to be attending this school.

"What's going on here?" said Kazumi loud and authoritatively to grab the others' attention. "Mochizuki-san, explain."

By the time his first class ended, Hiroki was still rubbing the bump on his head from the chalk that the teacher threw at him. He grumbled to himself, wearing a pouting lip on his face with his eyes bent to express both frustration and humiliation. He realized that the majority of the class had left, prompting him to gather his stuff and head towards the door before he was cut off by the teacher's yardstick slamming against the desk in front of him. He jumped in sudden panic, wearing a gradient of blue at the top of his face, eyes widened and glaring at the teacher's grim look.

"H-Hey teach! Look, about how I acted today-"

"I think I've heard enough from you," she coldly interrupted, a dark, flaming aura emitting from her in the eyes of Hiroki, "When you're in my class, I am not your sexy maid, I am your worst nightmare, you got that?"

Hiroki could barely hear the last part, for he was imagining the teacher in a skimpy maid outf- SLAM!

Hiroki fell over startled from the second hit of the yardstick, this time bouncing back up to meet his neck, "Get out of here, or I'll roast you on a stake in front of the whole class."

"Y-yes, ma'am!!" Hiroki tried to smile in understanding, but he feared for his sanity. He bolted up in a flashy salute, bolting out of the classroom while leaving a cloud of dust behind that matched his figure. The teacher shook her head and headed back to her desk.
Hiroki began to slow down to catch his breath as he got farther down the hall from the classroom, sighing in relief. The image of the teacher in a maid outfit did not escape his head, and it lingered over him like chocolate cake on a rope just out of his reach. As he walked, he looked up in a half-dazed, drooling over the image of the teacher slightly bent over, looking back at Hiroki wearing a shy look on her face with a hint of red on her ch-

Hiroki's thought bubble popped when he ran into someone in the hall, making both of them fall on their butts. The other guy's grunts followed the fall as he got up, playing the intimidating big boy who tried to strike fear into Hiroki.

"Ever learn to walk?" he growled, cracking his knuckles.

Hiroki jolted up in a hefty pose, wearing another one of his shining grins, "Learn to walk? HA HA HA! I've been walking since I learned to eat! I even potty trained myself! So yes, I learned how to walk! Perhaps I should teach you a thing or two!" Hiroki winked in a way where he tried to make it obvious to the whole hall, even from behind. The other guy's face burned red as his companions followed up behind him, eyeing Hiroki with the same look of malice.

"You're that guy that got hit with that piece of chalk, aren't ya?" The three guys started to snicker, looking at each other.

"Why yes, unless you're blind, you would've noticed it was a piece of chalk that I was hit by!" Hiroki was still grinning, "Heck, that gal can throw a piece of paper and a Styrofoam box and put a hole in it! She ain't one to be messed with!"

"Stop embarrassing yourself, freak!" the big guy pushed Hiroki back a few inches, glaring at him.

Hiroki only snuck a cocky laugh through his grinning teeth, "Hey, weren't you the guy that tripped that Mochizuki kid?"

The guy looked back, revealing Mochizuki to Hiroki standing by someone else, "Yeah, I did. What are ya gonna do about it? Nothing, that's what!" His cronies started supporting him "Kick his ass, Uchiro!" "He doesn't stand a chance!"

"Ah, so your name is Uchiro! That's good to know! Now I know who to address to when I boast about my victories in this school!"

"Shut up or I'll shut you up for you!" Uchiro grabbed Hiroki by the collar, pulling him with a punch to the face. Hiroki jolted his head sideways, dodging the punch while tossing Uchiro against the bottom of the lockers with the force of the shirt pulling on his grasp. Hiroki could hear his shirt rip just before Uchiro fell, looking down to see a slight opening to his bare torso, "Ah, thanks for that! I always hated this uniform!"

"Guys, pin him down!"

Uchiro's two companions rushed at Hiroki, only to have both of their necks held by his firm, thick hands. He looked at them both in the eyes alternatively before slamming both of their heads together and watching them both drop to the floor like ragdolls. Uchiro bolted up and flanked Hiroki from behind, going in to punch him in the back of the head. Hiroki tilted his head to the side as he watched Uchiro's fist fling past it, grabbing it and bending his arm at his elbow the wrong way. Uchiro's hacked as his arm got bent that way. Hiroki then pulled his arm forward, pivoted his hips and shot his knee up into Uchrio's face, knocking him out cold.

Looking down at his defeated opponent, Hiroki struck a final victory pose as a number of students in the hall "marveled" in his victory. He grinned and winked at a group of attractive girls, who immediately scoffed at him and broke eye contact, passing him without any means of interest. Hiroki scoffed back, dusting himself off and continuing down the hall to his homeroom class.

"You're coming with us, Avalon's descendant!"

"Ah, no way!" Hiroki had forgotten about eating lunch before he decided to take the cafeteria as a shortcut, faintly hearing 'Avalon's descendant' being addressed to someone just outside the exit doors, "This soon?" Hiroki was ecstatic to see some action on his level, making a break for the doors and seeing three girls dressed as witches in pointy hats. He scoffed at the hats, "Pointy hats? Where's your cauldron to brew your potion of luck? HA HA HA!" Hiroki grinned once again, "Well, today's your lucky day, attractive witches! For I, Hiroki Minoru, humbly accept your defeat!"

He gave a final thumbs up, lingering in the awkward silence that followed.

"(Damn it, how did they find me?)" Tatsuo contemplated as he gritted his teeth. All this time, Tatsuo thought he had successfully disappear from the world of Witches but here he was, tied up and at the mercy of the enemy Witches. If he was going to be found by Witches, at least let it have been the good ones. Unfortunately, luck just wasn't in his favor. The Avalon Witches never told him what the Ignius Witches would do to him once they've captured him but clearly they're not going to throw him a party honoring his role as the one born with Avalon's Magic. But what could Tatsuo do now? He isn't going to make a successful escape with these three Witches watching his every movement. And, unfortunately, the "ultimate" Magic that he supposedly possesses only activates at random. He's completely helpless under normal circumstances.

"Hehehe, this is a score of a lifetime, girls. The higher-ups might even put us on the Council of Wicca1 after this!" the leader of the group stated rather proudly.

"Ahem, I'm sorry, but I can't let you do what your about to do." a bold voice came from behind the three Ignius Witches. As the three Witches turned around, they found themselves in the presence of a powerful Familiar: a faerie. Their eyes widened with shock. Even Tatsuo couldn't help but be in awe of the faerie despite him not knowing just what she really was. "(Is that a Witch?)" Tatsuo wondered. He hoped it was on his side because he could really use the help immediately. Then, Tatsuo saw a surprising someone standing beside the faerie. It was his classmate, Yuki. "(What is he doing here? Is he... a Witch?)" Tatsuo thought. If that's the case, Tatsuo thought, then that could only mean the faerie is his Familiar and not an individual Witch. However, now was not the time to wonder about such things. Tatsuo needed to find a way to loosen this lasso tied around him.

"A-A faerie Familiar...?" the leader of the Ignius Witches murmured. Alongside the boy who had just told her and her friends to release Tatsuo, it could only mean one thing. "You must be Izusa Mochizuki's son. Great, you pesky Avalon Witches always know when to ruin someone's day." the leader stated.

It wasn't long after before another familiar face arrived on the scene. On her way to the washroom, or at least that was her excuse anyway, the beautiful Class President Kazumi just so happened to stumble upon this squabble of Witches. Wanting to get to the bottom of things, she turned to Yuki for an explanation. Unfortunately, all of them were too surprised by her to say anything at the moment. "You can see us? A normal person can't see us when we're dressed like this. Don't tell me..." The leader of the Ignius Witches pointed at Kazumi in an accusing manner. "You're a Witch too, aren't you!? And from you knowing that boy over there, you must be an Avalon Witch!" she proclaimed. Understandably, Kazumi must be quite confused as to what the girl had just accused her of being. Tatsuo was also wondering the same thing and the first thing that popped up in his mind is an image of Kazumi in a Witch's outfit riding a flying broom.

But the appearances didn't end there. Oh no, not until the arrival of Hiroki Minoru. "Arrgh, these interruptions are just getting ridiculous!" the leader of the Ignius Witches angrily complained.

"(He's here too? How many of my classmates are Witches!?)" Tatsuo wondered before returning his attention to the lasso binding him.

The exuberantly cocky Hiroki didn't waste any time in telling the Ignius Witches that he will "humbly" accept their defeat. Instead of surrendering to Hiroki, they opted for a less agreeable response. "Like hell we're gonna be defeated by you, dummy!" the irritated leader responded. Regaining her composure, the leader grinned. "Now that there aren't any further distractions, we'll be beating all of you into an inch of your lives and taking Avalon's descendant with us. Miwa, Suzume, let's show them why we're the superior Witches!" the leader commanded to which the other two responded with a, "Yes, Kiyoko-senpai!" With that, the three Ignius Witches summoned their respective weapons. Miwa, the blonde, curly-haired Witch summoned two giant, scissor blades while Suzume, the Witch with the cowboy-esque Witch hat, summoned two silver pistols. Finally, Kiyoko, their leader, used a Craft Spell to summon a small army of winged cats to fight for her. They seemed fairly weak - probably vulnerable to one hit attacks - but there are sure a lot of them.

"Have fun, my pretties." Kiyoko told her cats before licking her lips in a devious manner.

"K-Kawaguchi-san!?" Yuki yelped in surprise at the arrival of his classmate, "A-ah... uh... well you see..." Before he got the chance to explain he was cut-off by the Ignius witches as the situation escalated very quickly. "Yes." He answered the lead Ignius witch. "My name is Yuki, the only son of Izusa Mochizuki."

It all happened to fast, as soon as they were finished with him they turned on Kazumi, who at the moment looked really confused, and considering she hadn't summoned her witch attire yet Yuki figured she'd really be no use in combat. It seemed the that the arrival of Hiroki Minoru, and his cocky remarks is what really sent the witches through the roof the though.

The blonde summoned two scissor blades, the cowgirl summoned dual revolvers, and the leader summoned a small army of cats.

"Minoru-san! Please help me in this fit!" Yuki said turning to his only combat ready classmate, "I'll take the leader my weapon will be able to cut through their ranks pretty quick, plus if we can take out the leader the whole spell might disperse." Without waiting for a response Yuki summoned his whip, flicking out in a crescent arch that sliced through 5 of the cat-creatures.

Titania had ideas of her own as well.

"Minoru! Allow me to lend you assistance during this fight," which was basically Titania's way of saying she had his back. From the corner of her eye Titania saw a cat creature buzz for Yuki and grabbed it by its hood as it whizzed by her, and lit it on fire. She then proceeded to toss the flaming, meowing cat-creature into the whole pack of them causing several other cat creatures to be set on fire and freak out causing the whole pack to scramble around to avoid being set on fire.

Yuki meanwhile dashed towards the leader slicing any cat creature that got in his way. He swallowed hard as he approached his opponent ignoring the instinct to run away and cry. If he did that though he would prove the bullies right, everything his mother said would be right. No, he had to do this. Once within range Yuki flicked out his wrist again hoping to wrap the girl's (Kiyoko) leg with his whip and drag her feet out from under her.

Kazumi was not on drugs. Then again, that was what most drug users probably thought while sky high. There was no logical explanation which she could attribute what she saw to other than substance-induced hallucinations. It was impossible that the princess of Kawaguchi Corporation would take drugs, which left the possibility that she herself was drugged. Did someone dare commit such an attack on her? Kazumi had to wonder, for Kawaguchi Corporation had plenty of competitors. No, no, no, the fact that she was able to think so clearly should mean that she isn't under any sort of influences, though she was no expert on drugs, so she kept the possibility at the back of her mind. Was this, then, some sort of advanced holographic CGI? There was no such technology. Being privy to the business secrets of her company and intelligence of other companies, it was unlikely that there was such technology which she had not heard of.

Of course, there's was another, albeit illogical and impossible, conclusion she was being undeniably drawn towards. The speech, actions and costumes of those around her made it a particularly convincing one. While having no recollection of being considered one, Kazumi was also called a Witch by one of the girls and it appeared that the others were people who were considered Witches as well. If such people actually existed, then it would all make sense. Instinctively swatting aside a flying cat with a dangerous looking claw that had been coming at her, Kazumi realized that they were not holograms at all, and the feeling of flesh and bone underneath that indescribably soft fur showed that they were not robots either.

It was best that she went with this conclusion that she had reached, at least for now, and stayed out of harm's way as the girls behind the army of cats seemed highly dangerous, definitely not the sort of people she should be reckless with with her present lack of information. One of them held scissor-like blades, while another dual-wielded guns and the last appeared to be the one controlling the cats, on the other hand, Kazumi was wholly unarmed.

It was not like she was helpless though. As more flying cats came her way, her fast reaction speed allowed her to hit them out of the air, but there was no way for her to advance as Mochizuki were doing.

Nevermind that... I should probably get to safety... there's no telling when those girls will act rather than just sending their pets after us and that one has a gun... she thought while taking a few steps back to dodge a cat, and yet she was inexorably drawn to stay at this scene. Kazumi felt like the heart-shaped rune on her arm pulsed as if it were a real heart and she realized that her heart was actually beating abnormally fast. Of course, after all, she was in real danger, it was best to go now, but Kazumi was not the type to be afraid, and never was she the type to turn tail. Her ordinary school life failed to truly excite her, to make her heart pound like this. This was an astonishing discovery, a whole new world of possibility. Perhaps, if she brought this power to her company, Kawaguchi Corporation would soar to even greater heights. There was also to consider that her own classmates were involved in this and they were in just as much danger as she was. She could not abandon them, she was their class representative and felt responsible for them.

Kazumi was given relief from the onslaught when the fairy woman started setting the cats on fire, putting them into a state of panic. "So what's the plan?" she asked the woman and Minoru and she watched as Mochizuki charged forwards to take the girls head-on. "What... what is he doing?" However, with that whip of his, the boy managed to send the girl with the cat-like hat crashing to the ground.

Yuki wasted no time in leaping straight into combat - as it should be, considering his role as Tatsuo's personal guardian. Before that, he asked Hiroki for his assistance in the battle while he went directly for Kiyoko in hopes that defeating her would eliminate all the winged cats. Having heard Yuki's plan with her superior sense of hearing, Kiyoko laughed mockingly. "You're plan won't do you any good if you can't defeat me! And I have a strong feeling you won't get through all of my cats!" She was both wrong and right in her statement. Yuki was mowing down her small army of cats with ease but, at the same time, she simply summoned more and more. Even if her Magic was bound to run out sooner or later, it would still be quite some time before that would happen. Furthermore, it's not like Yuki had unlimited Magic to spare either.

Meanwhile, Kazumi had problems contemplating any of this to be real. She kept running the facts through her head and, strangely enough, the thought of Magic and Witches being real started to sound more and more like an actual possibility after drugs and highly-expensive CGI were put aside. And, amazingly, she held her own against the winged cats lunging towards her. A more natural response would've been to run off - and while she entertained that prospect - something was telling her to stay. Both of her hearts were beating fast and her adrenaline was pumping; she felt... excited. If all of this is true then she had just discovered something incredible and awe-inspiring. But back to the fighting, Titania made sure she assisted as well when she lit a cat aflame and tossed it back into the crowd of cats, creating a panic.

Needless to say, that didn't bode well for Kiyoko. "Hey, they may be expendable but that doesn't give you the right to treat them so cruelly!" the Witch complained, taking her attention off of Yuki and creating an opening for him. After clearing a path towards Kiyoko, Yuki wrapped his whip around one of her legs and pulled hard. Needless to say, Kiyoko had a surprised expression even though she shouldn't really be surprised. Responding quickly, Kiyoko removed a piece of fur from her cloak and infused her Magic into it; turning it into a Craft Spell. The result of which is a cat plush toy with a circular clock sewn onto its back. Kiyoko then tossed the ticking cat towards Yuki and once it neared him, the cat exploded into a medium-sized cloud of yellow smoke and stuffing foam. The bomb wasn't meant to cause any real damage but rather as a distraction so Kiyoko could free herself.

Though Kazumi may be feeling worried about what had just happened to Yuki, Hiroki was actually rather calm. He knew Yuki could take care of Kiyoko; after all, Kiyoko along with the other two Witches, Miwa and Suzume, are quite weak. Yuki's and Hiroki's Magic are far stronger than those three combined. With a big, confident grin and a glint in his eyes, Hiroki stretched out his arm in front of Kazumi. "Stand back, Princess. You needn't concern yourself any longer. I'll protect you and I'll save our classmate over there with my superior Magic!" Hiroki boldly proclaimed. With that said, Miwa charged towards Hiroki, ready to impale him with her giant scissor blades. Nearing him, she somersaulted into the air and raised her both of her blades upward. From the ground, Hiroki saw something that made him grinned. "Ahh yes, a young maiden's panties! A sight reserved only for a man who enjoys-"

Thankfully, before Hiroki could finish his sentence, Miwa had slammed both of her blades straight into his chest, killing him; or at least that was what she would've wanted. However, Hiroki easily evaded the attack with a backwards flip. Miwa was furious and embarrassed at what he had said; her only thought now was that she wanted to kill him. "Under normal circumstances, that would've almost been worth it but, unfortunately, I have a duty to uphold and that means I can't go around getting myself killed by an attractive girl as yourself." Hiroki explained before taking a stance. "No," Hiroki gave a pause and used his Charm, Hexseed Foundation, to open up six small holes in a hexagon shape around him, "I have to beat you now." he finished. Hiroki then turned to Kazumi one last time. "May I ask a favor of you, Beautiful? Please keep an eye on Tatsuo over there. If he dies, this whole fight would've been for nothing." Hiroki said followed a flirty wink.

Unfortunately, Tatsuo was no longer where he was. No, actually, he was several meters away, squirming his way towards a hiding spot behind a nearby building; he was still tied up. A small portion of the cats saw this and were now making a mad dash towards him, hoping to retrieve the boy for their master. Meanwhile, Kiyoko summoned more winged cats and more plush toy bombs to deal with Yuki. But she wasn't done just yet. For her piece de resistance, she used almost all of her remaining Magic to activate a Craft Spell that summons a giant version of one of the winged cats; it stood at about ten feet tall. After that, Kiyoko got onto her broom and flew above the giant cat. "You wanna beat me? You're gonna have to go through him first! Hahaha!" Kiyoko talked as if she'd already won the battle.

Yuki couched leading with his shoulder through the smoke explosion, but when lungs and eyes finally cleared Kiyoko was nowhere to be found, instead were she had stood was now a giant version of the cat-creatures. The witch herself now floated high above it.

"Guhh... This is getting to be a pain..." Yuki coughed still clearing his lungs. As soon as Kiyoko had finished her statement of arrogance though his swung out his whip implanting the bladed edge into the mega-cat's ankle using it to pull himself up. Meowing in pain the cat reached down to swat him away, but it would only catch air, as from this point he flung himself up onto the hem of the cat's feather hoodie.

He then proceeded to flick his whip onto the cat's arm catching its tricep and pulling himself onto it flinging himself into somersault onto the cat's arm, again causing it to meow in pain.

Meanwhile Titania had no hesitation in lighting the smaller cats aflame, much to Kiyoko's chagrin, and once their numbers had dwindled she went for their master, grabbing Yuki under his armpits and giving him a lift the rest of the way before depositing him on the cat's head.

"Dear child we can do this the easy way or the hard way..." Titania said giving Kiyoko a sympathetic, if not pitying, look.

Realizing that she was unneeded in the situation and likely to be more of a hindrance than help, Kazumi stepped out of the fray as Minoru had asked and took on the role of a mere spectator. Mochizuki and the fairy woman seemed to be handling themselves quite nicely while Minoru seemed to be avoiding the sword girl's attacks with playful ease. Kazumi did wonder though, the girl appeared to resort to solely using her swords, but if she were a Witch, shouldn't she be casting spells of some sort like the cat girl did? The girl with the cowboy hat and pistols was doing nothing leaving Kazumi wondering if there were some code of honor involved making the witches fight one on one. It seemed unlikely, but possible.

"May I ask a favor of you, Beautiful? Please keep an eye on Tatsuo over there. If he dies, this whole fight would've been for nothing."

Kazumi frowned at him and his gesture. She did not like the boy, he was loud and crude and totally unlike the refined person that Kazumi was. She decided to say nothing back to him, she didn't particularly care to talk to him nor did she want to distract him, so she quickly scanned the room for Tatsuo before heading towards the corner where Tatsuo attempted to hide. Kazumi started to sprint when she saw the cats also headed in the same direction, and started hitting them aside as she passed them. Reaching Tatsuo, she turned around and made a stand as the cats rushed her.

They appeared to be more interested in Tatsuo than her, which was foolish of them and made it all the easier for her to bat them as away as they came. Grabbing a cat that had attempted to go around her, she held it in both hands with its claw out like a dagger, her firm grip holding out through its crazed thrashing. Taking a few warning swings with her cat-knife-weapon to ward the cats away, she took the momentary respite to kneel down and slash Tatsuo's ropes.

"Can you fight?" she asked, skipping the typical question as to whether he was okay.

Tatsuo was in major trouble. As he struggled to squirm towards safety, the unrelenting cats inched ever closer towards him. With their bladed claws fully extended, they were ready to pounce on him. After all, just because the Ignius Witches need him alive doesn't mean they can't maim him a bit. "(Crap, I'm done for!)" Tatsuo closed his eyes in realization of how dire his situation was. And then, out of nowhere, a flurry of impressive punches and kicks managed to swat the cats outside; even knocking them out cold. Standing resolute in front of Tatsuo was Kazumi - she had saved him. Tatsuo watched with bated breath as the highly-athletic beauty, without an ounce of hesitation, fended off the tenacious cats and relinquished Tatsuo of his bindings. "T-Thanks..." Tatsuo muttered as he tended to his sore shoulders. Kazumi wasted no time in asking Tatsuo if he could physically defend himself.

Obviously, Tatsuo was in no shape to fight. The only physical prowess he possesses is an innate talent of running which would only serve to make him appear as a coward. Unfortunately, Tatsuo would rather be called a coward then die for something like this. "You're not really a Witch, are you?" Tatsuo questioned seeing as how they had a moment of temporary safety. "Look, don't get involved in any of this. You'll only end getting yourself seriously injured, if not worst. The smart thing to do now is to sneak off while they're busy fighting." Tatsuo urged. Leaning against the wall, Tatsuo peeked at the battle and noticed there were barely any cats left. Aside from a few stragglers, there is only the single giant cat that Yuki and the faerie woman are currently dealing with. Then there are the three Ignius Witches who seems to be having more trouble than Yuki and Hiroki.

"I'm gonna make a run for it and I suggest you do too. Once you're out of this mess, you should try to keep this a secret. Like I said, don't get involve with these guys." Tatsuo reaffirmed. Then, just when Tatsuo believed the coast to be clear, he made a mad dash around the building and headed towards the main building where all the classrooms are located within. He knew that once he got there, the Witches wouldn't be able to capture him or they would risk public exposure. It's not like normal humans would see them but, rather, because a Magic barrier hasn't been set up, the effects of their Spells would be exposed. Unfortunately for Tatsuo, the cats that were left saw his attempted escape and chased after him; this time around, they used their wings to carry them forward. Luckily, Tatsuo has his impressive speed to rely on. Meanwhile, the Witches were too busy battling one another to even notice Tatsuo running off and the cats following him.

"Arrgh, stand still so I can split your head open!" Miwa furiously shouted at Hiroki. Understandably, she was still angered over the fact that Hiroki took a peek of her unmentionables.

Suzume decided it would be to calm her down and assist her in the fight. "Miwa, there's no need to be so flustered. Calm down and focus on the enemy-"

"What do you think I'm doing!? I'm focused on sending him to hell!" Miwa interrupted.

While those two chatter, Hiroki had already taken the liberty to plant his Magic Seeds - his main means of Magic. Finally, Hiroki decided it was time for the talking to come to a halt. "No need to argue any further about me, ladies. It's time I put an end to this silliness. Haha, prepare to witness the splendid wrath of Mother Nature!" Hiroki announced vigorously. Using his Hyper Growth Charm, the seeds planted in the holes created by his Haxseed Foundation began to grow at an alarming pace. Soon, four gigantic, spiked vines burst through the ground, lashing around viciously; they are accompanied by two other massive vines with giant Venus flytrap heads on them - Hiroki's Twin Chompers Craft. Both Miwa and Suzume were in awe of the massive living plants; their jaws nearly dropped. "Watch as I defeat the both of you without leaving this hexagon!" Hiroki boldly proclaimed.

Back to Yuki's side of things, he, along with help from his faerie companion, has managed to back Kiyoko into a corner, figuratively speaking. The faerie, Titania, even went as far as to taunt Kiyoko, telling her to simply give up. Needless to say, the prideful Kiyoko refuses to do so. "I'm not a child! And like hell I'm giving up! We're not done yet! Caius, give them a good ol' smashing!" Kiyoko commanded the giant cat whose name is apparently Caius. Nodding at his master's command, Caius began to channel Magic throughout his body. Suddenly, his fur clumped together and stood up, forming giant spikes throughout his body and forcing Yuki and Titania to take evasive action. But Caius wasn't finished just yet. He then raised his paws and began jabbing and swiping at the two of them. "Hahaha, keep at it, Caius!" Kiyoko urged as she flew around the battlefield awaiting an opening to attack Yuki and Titania personally.

This girl had really been starting to grate away on Titania's nerves, her impudence when speaking made Titania just want smack her into next Tuesday... though she had to admit she really could admire the girl's tenacity.

That was not the issue right now, at the moment she and Yuki had more pressing matters in the form the giant cat's fur which was now starting to stand up like spikes. Yuki acted quickly swinging his whip out and grabbing Kiyoko's broomstick, he then launched himself off the cat's head easily avoiding the spikes and dragging the other witch (broom stick and all) with him.

Once in free fall Yuki reach his hand out grabbing the cat's clothing, pulling his whip away from Kiyoko's broomstick causing the blade at the to cut the tip of her broomstick, and hopefully unbalancing the broomstick and causing the other witch to come crashing to the ground. Yuki did not have time to make sure whether his plan failed out succeeded, as Caius began shacking and meowing furiously trying to swat Titania out of the sky, unaware of Yuki.

Unfortunately this shaking caused Yuki to be flung the last few feet to the ground. Leaping up quickly he looked around for Kiyoko attempting to hide the pain in his arm and ribs from the fall.

Titania meanwhile was merely playing with her food, shooting the occasional fire ball at the cat singeing its fur, which in turn caused it to meow and swat at her only for Titania laugh and easily dodge it.

"I think this has gone on entirely long enough!" With that declaration A now larger fireball appeared in Titania's hands, which then spread into countless others bombarding the cat, who again meowed painfully, but was not unable to anything under the onslaught.

Looking back, it appeared that the situation was under the control of her two magic-wielding classmates and she needn't worry about them. There wasn't much that she could do to help anyway, so Kazumi decided to chase after Tatsuo instead. Once again, she pulled flying cats out of the way as she approached, this time smashing them onto the ground before her and stomping on them as she ran. Taking a last glance back before they entered the main building, Kazumi saw the large cat being pelted by fireballs while plants attacked the other witches and then she slammed the door shut on the oncoming cats.

She couldn't do anything. It depressed her. She had no such powers though one of the witch girls thought she did. Could it be that she had innate powers that she did not know of? It was a possibility to that she was not willing to let go of as the thought of it being merely a mistake insulted her. "Kamiya-san, why are those people after you?" she asked. "No, don't say I shouldn't get involved. You are one of my classmates and you are in danger while I have the money, the power, the resources to help you. To protect you. So please tell me."
