This card cannot beSpecial Summoned except by removing from play all face-up LIGHTMachine-Type monsters from your side of the field and your Graveyard. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the number of monsters removed from play for its Special Summon x 500. When this card is Special Summoned, send all other face-up monsters on the field to the Graveyard. I think Cyber Eltanin is a pretty cool guy. Eh kills the field and doesn’t afraid of anything. And pretty much nothing Konami does can stop it. Limit this guy? Can be searched. Limit the searcher? It also has one. Limit the searcher searcher? Even easier to search. I assume this is sarcasm, but, I was responding to everybody discussing what list position things should be at, and since everything is searchable, just banning this would be the easiest, even if it's a cool card otherwise.
