Posted January 2, 2014 Report Share Posted January 2, 2014 4 Level 5 monsters.You can also Xyz Summon this card by Discarding 1 Spell card and using any 1 Rank 4 Xyz monster you control, with at least 2 Xyz Materials, as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) This card cannot attack directly. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, this card looses 500 ATK and DEF. If the opponent activates the effect of a Trap card, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Negate that card.Basically I thought it would be pretty cool if something turned all the Spell cards in your hand into Rank-Up cards. I'll just change into Lightning Strike instead!" Vector: "What!" Yuma: "Oh but we are not done! SHINING DRAW!!! Come forth! ZeXal Weapon - Build Booster!" Vector: "NOOO!" Something like that. *cough* anyways. The card is pretty solid. It's an answer to Trap Cards that is generic enough to be used by many, under a reasonable cost. Not to mention it can't hit directly and weakens every time, so it's not like your opponent can't take it down. It's this kind of design that makes me happy Rocket Warrior exists hehe. Not counting monsters that like to have Overlay Units (yes, I said that) to spare. The summoning cost is somewhat of a balance, but couldn't RUM Barian's force also be used? Moah units, man. Warrior Support could also keep this guy's attack rather high. Just a heads up. I like the RUM concept though. Looses should be loses (I think) And "the opponent" should just be "your opponent." Most things that would kill it are traps. =D And don't say by battle, because you can literally sit on this guy. And Thunder Spark has some BS inconsistent combo to get moah Xyz Materials.
