Dog King
1 of the current tuners to be on the banlist atm. It didn't get hit that long ago, only last format in September 2013. It was mainly due to the Harpie deck which had an otk/ftk in the ocg at the time, or else it got hit of the fact it was a pretty powerful tuner in general and incase for any future combos it could set up. Before this card did have other uses in other decks such as Gallis the Starbeast FTK which then became Gallis Agents. At the moment it is a very important card for the Geargiakuri deck, where this card helps them to otk. I feel like this card isn't too powerful but the decks around it are, so If decks such as Geargia do get a hit I think this could come back to 2 or even 3. Thoughts? goddamnit names are a pain
What is HONESTLY wrong with this card? I just don't see it. Forgive my stupid eyes. I just haven't seen its stupidity yet. It probably has it...

Dog King
What is HONESTLY wrong with this card? I just don't see it. Forgive my stupid eyes. I just haven't seen its stupidity yet. It probably has it... There is some loop with the Harpies, with this and Divine Wind of Mist Valley. Also T.G. Striker and The Agent of Mystery - Earth both had been hit to 1 when it was a Dino Rabbit/Inzektor/Wind-Up Format where none of those decks got hit So Im kind of feeling this was that random hit by konami where they could of hit the real problem card instead. Azuh
There are two effects in the current game that Konami never got the grasp of until now "returning your cards to your hand" "discarding an opponents card from their hand" It seems recently that they've combated these overpowering effects by allowing certain monsters to use their effects once per turn/activated once per turn. But unfortunately some degenerate cards still exist
evilfusion
What is HONESTLY wrong with this card? I just don't see it. Forgive my stupid eyes. I just haven't seen its stupidity yet. It probably has it... It returns the monster as a cost. Therefore, if the effect is negated, by say...Koaki Meiru Doom...it stays in your hand but still returned your monster. And if the monster you returned to your hand is Gallis... There's also the effects with Divine Mist spamming WINDs. You also can combine it nicely with cards that Special Summon themselves for free for Synchro/Xyz shenanigans, the latter moreso because it won't banish itself. Althemia
Honestly I think this card should be @0. It's not a very healthy card for the game to say the least. Hell, he's responsible for Geargia having one of the easiest to set-up OTKs atm.

They aren't a healthy deck as is, by what I've seen. 3 may be stretching it, but I think it should at least go to 2.
Loyalist
I don't think this card should go away simply because of the reason many hate it; It makes combos. This in my opinion is what makes it interesting because it is a card that players who are aware of the mechanics of the game and who think ahead (because this card at least takes some thought process unlike a lot of cards nowadays) in order to use its effect best. Yes Geargia can OTK easier with this but Konami keep giving them more and more support and have pushed the deck quite a bit. Yes Harpies can FTK with and divine wind of mist valley this but in my opinion harpies aren't even that good considering all the support they got, they were given a chance for a comeback but they are still only (at least from my experience) a tier 3 deck. All I've seen them do is just make rank 7s with channeller and never actually very often *cough* ghostricks *cough* (mainly because Dragon Rulers did the same thing but better). Having this @3 would no undoubtedly take them up to eleven in their power (especially considering that Birdman is searchable via Gear Gigant). It's like the interaction between X-Sabers and Rescue Rabbit that caused Rabbit to be banhammered once and for all.

玄魔の王
After all the plays this card has enabled, I think 1 is still a good place for it to be, but I do wish Konamii had hit Blaze Fenix when that Harpie FTK was a thing.
~British Soul~
I think it was only a matter of tiem before this got hit tbh, especially as more stupid combos/OTKs that this card enabled cropped up.
