Maeriberii Haan
Neither player can Special Summon monsters. Destroy this card when a card is sent from the Deck or the field to your Graveyard. Well, it's Vanity's Fiend trying to be an exhibitionist and show the world his magnificent -redacted-, which thankfully got censored. On a serious note, how relevant this card in today's meta? Slinky
Still degenerate as f*ck. Card should never have existed. Macro/D-Fissure/Banisher of the Light etc. etc. completely bypass this cards downside.
Dog King
Card should never have existed. why? but um yeah this card is pretty cool if you run continuous stuff and hand traps, its also pretty good to just flip it on a tour guide or w/e
Maeriberii Haan
Tbh, I wonder if playing this similarly to Oppression during its prime (spam first, then flip this to stop your opponent from catching up) woould work nearly as well, especially since this is easier to remove (for either you or your opponent's sake). 玄魔の王
I love how the TCG artwork makes it look like Vanity Fiend doesn't exist underneath his cloak like some Dr. Strange villain. Card itself is annoying, but has a tendency not to last.

Maeriberii Haan
For me, it's still the image of Fiend trying to be indecent to the public eye.
玄魔の王
It makes sense to the name, hence the "Emptiness" I think that actually comes from the Kanji used for its Japanese name, which translate as "void" or "empty space" or something like that. Though the name still has Katakana that confirm its name as "Vanity Space". They edited the art to prevent references to flashing, matching the name theme just came with it. goddamnit names are a pain
I honestly feel like this should be banned/limited. It heavily punishes decks that use small guys to make stronger guys, which is actually a lot of decks, albeit none are meta. This wouldn't last long against, say....Fire Fists or Mermails, but it just kills one of the following: The whole game, because your opponent has a beater that will smash you to a pulp before you topdeck into MST or other removal One move, which is just kinda lame, but not too bad. I just hate that it has that kind of effect in the form of a trap. Flipping it as soon as you summon something that SS something else gets on my nerves. And I don't want to hear that it hurts the player too, because if it does, your opponent is playing their deck so freaking wrong.
ihop
It's no Oppression, but it's still solid against some decks and if you just chain it once against something it's still a +0. It's not as good as it was last format but it's still playable.
Sora1499
How it really works is you flip it up during your opponent's MP1 to fry their big play. OR you use it like oppression, forcing your opponent to go out of their way to kill it, which leaves them vulnerable. I don't think it should be at 3. Maybe 1-2. Or you could make a case for its ban, but eh.
Toffee.
It's no Oppression-But people still play it, like it is O,o
Zauls
I just play it in Blackwings for the Key Beetle + Emptiness lock. I probably wouldn't play it otherwise, since it isn't quite as good this format. Still, a well-played Emptiness can win games. Also, the art is clearly Vanity's Fiend embarrassingly admitting that he is impotent as there is just emptiness underneath him, and therefore the card should really be called Vanity's Impotence. Toffee.
Also, the art-It's artwork doesn't make much sense anyway.I mean, on his original art, he has no actual body. Compared to Emptiness' JP artwork, to which he does, and the inside of his cape is now white.
