Just a spell card idea

Someone move this to the Written Cards section in the Single RC section because I posted it here by accident.

 

Name: Apperance Flash
Card Type: Normal Spell
Effect: Special Summon 1 monster with 1900 ATK or less from your hand. It cannot attack, use it`s effects, be Tributed, or used for a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Summon until the End Phase.

Discuss and tell me if this card has any problems. (I`m pretty sure it will have at least 1, but I don't know what it is yet)

It's fine. There, nothing more can be said, given that there are better cards to run than to waste Deck space on a card like this.

 

Also, for the love of god, will you notice what section you are posting in? It's called Realistic Cards - MULTIPLE Cards. You go to Realistic Cards - Single Cards if you want to post single cards, but not this section, which is meant for threads that contain multiple cxards. Logic, do you understand it?

The card sucks. It gives me none of the benefits of summoning a monster at all, burdened by its inherent -1. Any niche uses it could have would be just that: niche, and probably sub-optimal.
