His special ability to take control of monsters is only a reflection of his incredible psychic powers and if it's synchro summoned with Mew your rewarded with a spell card of your choosing from your deck! Simply awesome.

If Mew was used to synchro summon this card add 1 spell card from your deck. When this card is special summoned; You can target one your opponents face up monsters and take control of it until the End Phase.

If you want to keep the "When" in this card's effect; this makes the control effect permanent (I recommend you use the first one; see below for reasons why).

 

 

Ignoring the fact that you didn't make a Mew card to go along with this (so can't gauge how quickly you can SS this card, given the current pool of non-Tuner monsters that make up the difference in Levels), but it's essentially a searcher for whatever Spell you want (in a similar vein to Spellbooks and every other card that adds a card to the hand instantly). Given that this is a Psychic monster and probably can offer some support to the Deck, you could use this to search out Teleport or something.

 

Second effect is essentially an optional Brain/Mind Control (based on the wording) that triggers on being Special Summoned (either if you Synchro Summon this or revive it after it gets killed), so depending on what you take, that monster could be used to Synchro/Xyz/Tribute Summon a monster (or use it to attack your opponent and end game). The control effect should be toned down so it works only when Synchro Summoned.

 

Since you want a creativity grade, guess you did OK here but more could be done to exhibit Mewtwo's powers from the anime/manga (much like Charizard, you can incorporate its game/CCG abilities to some extent)

You can't be serious the effect is great representation of Mewtwo's psychic powers, ATK/DEF is fair and the art work is fire. Overall I did a great job but it's really hard for you to say something good right, for real man stop hatin.

I'm sorry but by rejecting feedback given by others and enforcing your own opinion that your cards is "Nice Period" is one way to get a bad impression on people. You say others can have their opinion but when they say your card's effect in terms of creativity isn't as good as you want to hear you just reject it and claim it to be better.

 

Basicly my point is you claim others can have opinions yet you just override their opinion with your own. The point of this forum is to criticize the card and if you don't allow people to do so then that does not make many friends, not on this site.

You think you did a great job. However, we think you can do better. Thus we suggest how you can do it better so more people can agree that you did a great job.

 

If you don't listen and insist that you did a great job anyway then it'll be difficult more people to agree with you. If you want people to simply praise your (presumed) good job, rather than point out how you can do a better job, then I'd suggest some sock puppets instead.

 

Until you make a "Mew" Tuner to go with Mewtwo here, I shan't say how well you did, or how you can do better, in the functionality department.
