The ATK was going to be 1600 but I decided to lower it after seeing Daigusto Phoenix`s effect.

I`m sorry if this card isn`t balanced, I`m sorry. I`m not that good at making cards, which is why I`ve started to do more posts in the TCG and OCG Card Discussion section of the YCM forums.

If you are posting your feedback, please try not to be very harsh/mean even if you have a complaint about the card.

The issue concerning Daigusto Phoenix doesn't seem to be that threatening, since there are other Level 4 WIND monsters in the game with more than 1600 ATK that have not really broken Phoenix. Then, there's also Raiza the Storm Monarch, who seems to get along pretty well with it. But I digress; giving this less than 1500 ATK lets you play it with IRS or Shining Angel.

 

As for the card, Decks that focus on plays that require monsters being specific Attributes will oftentimes just run monsters with that Attribute, making this not really worth it. If I want a Level 4 WIND monster, I would run a Level 4 WIND monster. There aren't really many Decks out there that, say, run Xyz Monsters (or Synchro monsters) that require WIND monsters when said Deck is much better at bringing out LIGHT monsters. Furthermore, the requirement of a monster of the desired Attribute to be in your Graveyard prevents you from simply splashing this in some Deck for the sake of Chidori or maybe even Thanatos or something. Being LIGHT gives it access to some very nice Rank 4s without needing LIGHTs in the Grave, but you can do the same with literally any other Level 4 LIGHT monster in the game.
