When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can Special Summon "Des Frog"(s) from your hand or Deck up to the number of "T.A.D.P.O.L.E."(s) in your Graveyard.

 

 

This card is actually really good. Im trying out this Treebornless Frogs and this guy has been reallyyy cool. T.A.D.P.O.L.E Can easily be milled with Swap and if you draw it you can discard it with Swap or use discarding traps (Divine, Raigeki),

Its easily searchable, Dupe Frog, and Sea Lancer can easily set off Dupe Frog while being a level 5,

If you summon this with 2 T.A.D.P.O.L.E in grave you put 5700 on board and with Ronintoadin and Gachis you can go for game.

This with Ronins can setup the Daigusto Phoenix + Gaia Dragoon OTK.

There are a lot of versitile rank 5's, monster destruction, backrow destruction, otk, self protectors, etc.

Frogs easily go into Rank 2's so Heralds can re use this, and Downered Magician is a really good card.

And no plz don't mention Des Croaking, because it is seriously bad.

With so many cards being "Des Frog" it doesn't seem TOO hard to do.

 

Also, its broke, it doesn't have "Except Frog the Jam" in the effect.

I tried to make a Deck around this just for the sake of Summoning Digvorzhak a long time ago. I didn't know what I was doing, so I gave up on it. A shame though, Digvorzhak is so unplayable just for requiring 3 monsters.

ITS EASY TO DO

JUST PLAY DES CROAKING INSTEAD

3 Level 5s is easy enough in SOME decks. This requires a buttload of setup.

You know... Given the fact that this is searchable by Dupe, can easily be fueled by Swap(As you mentioned in the OP; You only need 1 TADPOLE to make Volca), and how, between Swap and Treeborn, you easily have fodder to trigger this card-
It's actually not that bad. Gimmicky, yes, but it's Archetype has stuff going for it.

Anything that lets you play Dupe Frog is good in my books.  That deck concept sounds really fun.  You should post it.

Running 2 T.A.D.P.O.L.E.S isn't bad from what i've tried

you can just discard them with Swap Frog or use Raigeki Break/PWWB/Divine Wrath

It serves as its own Illusion Snatcher, I like it. Never tried but it sounds interesting.
