Blake Posted February 14, 2014 Report Share Posted February 14, 2014 It's mandatory, which makes me like it a lot less considering Tefnuit and, to an extent, Cyber Dragon, etc. are cards. At least it's a decent Lv. 7 Vulcan-esque Dragon Synchro, but the fact that it's mandatory makes it stupid easy to bait out and really makes me like it less than before. Personally, I have been waiting for a generic LIGHT Synchro 7 with a removal effect, and this one looks promising. I had not noticed it was mandatory, but that's not really an issue when, in my opinion, you should be dropping this for its Vulcan effect to remove an immediate threat. Does this REALLY have to protect against De-Synchs, Extra Copies, and CoTHs being used to use the effect more during one turn? Seems like it would be better as a once per turn effect without the restriction of "one of this effect no matter what". Assuming the opponent runs them of course, which not all do. I agree it hampers it a bit, but as others said the Vulcan bounce is the real shining point.
