Slinky
Field Spell When a Level 10 or higher monster you control destroys an opponent's monster by battle, inflict 400 damage to your opponent. Meh, is pretty much all that comes to mind here. Needs buff. Discuss?

Sleepy
This is the single most horrendous part of GX. Ra was the most powerful card in the entire anime universe up to before 5Ds. There was a damn secret society where many died trying to figure out how to make it work for them. Now you tell me some regular guy pretty much wrote into a card "I can control Ra" and went to Duel at random places, getting to an island somehow? Crying Ra is the one scene of Blasphemy that I still can't stand here, as a fan of DM. As for the effect IRL, it should at least give you a search as well for another same Level, Level 10+ monster. Or something along those lines.
The Warden
In Tag Force this card also prevented Level 10s from being destroyed by card effects, so, there's that
CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
Really, the burn effect could at least be 1000 or more damage, even since lvl 10+ are still in need a bit of investment if not a lot. Or adding something that make it look pretty ffs. Aside the effect destruction immunity effect ofc.

Or something along those lines. Considering that the God Card's were already inconsistent from episode from episode, and constantly pulling out new tricks like Ra's effects and tier system, this fit's perfectly with them. In Tag Force this card also prevented Level 10s from being destroyed by card effects, so, there's that That might make Synchro's and some other cards a bit more useful, or make other type's of removal more popular. Really, the burn effect could at least be 1000 or more damage, even since lvl 10+ are still in need a bit of investment if not a lot. Or adding something that make it look pretty ffs. Aside the effect destruction immunity effect ofc. In the Anime your LP is only 4000, so adjusted for inflation it would be 800 in the real game. Then again they nerfed Zoma the Spirit when it came out so who knows what they'd do with this.

Earthbound Gods/Immortals now viable again?
