Toffee.

You can send 1 Level 5 WATER monster from your hand to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card(from your hand). You can Tribute this card: Send 1 Level 5 WATER monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. You can only activate this effect of "Fire Guzzler" once per turn. If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect: Draw 1 card.Basically, in short, it's meant to support Geyser Shark.I mean, Geyser, by itself, is pretty obscure in the sense that that aren't really a lot of decent targets that work with it, and Rank 5 WATER Xyzs aren't exactly amazing either. Or at least, as far as Summoning them goes, because, again, Level 5 WATER monsters are just weird in general.Or something like that.
Sleepy
The hard part about this is that Level 5 WATER monsters don't seem to have enough supply for this. Eagle Shark + Panther Shark came to mind, but it seems inconsistent. Something consistent enough to warrant discarding your favorite Atlantean for this card. I guess Skreech kinda counts like an option for a turbo variant, but at the same time I wonder how much it'd actually work as an engine. This game has made me really wary of cards that need battle destruction after all. Well, overall it's an interesting card. I can't help but think this card should be Level 5 on itself. Using Lemuria is not enough since that Geyser Shark won't have a use for it in the Graveyard.
goddamnit names are a pain
I would have it discard Level 5 or higher. Level 5 is a bit narrow for use and some WATER decks actually run Tidal and Coelacanth, which seems semi-legit as a cost for the card. The mill effect should stay 5 though. EDIT: Seems actually more legit now as a 5. So yeah just discarding a 5 is fine.
Toffee.
You know what? Screw it. It, itself is now a Level 5 Fish. So now, even if you draw multiples, you can play them off eachother. Why? Because now it can be searched with Mermaid Shark, and even work together with Geyser itself.Add to it, it can also act as fodder for Fish Depth Charge. Or at least, on the off chance you run that. Sleepy
It's an odd choice that it's no longer a machine, but I can see it if I remember the Fishborg family xD I'd say nicely done. Though I wonder if the fish typing can have any bad consequences ^^" There's also how it's a Salvage target. That should be amusing.
Toffee.
There's also how it's a Salvage target. That should be amusing. On top of the fact I'm now laughing, because Salvage totally slipped my mind-Guzzler can only use his mill effect once per turn. So at most, Salvage just acts as a weird Reborn for this card, and nothing really outside of that.
