Cards you control are unaffected by your opponent's card effects. If this card is Xyz Summoned by Ranking Up "Number 39: Utopia", it gains this effect. ● During your Battle Phase, the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls become 0. ● During either player's Battle Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; banish 1 Xyz Monster you control, then Special Summon 1 "Number 39: Utopia" from your Graveyard, and if you do, gain Life Points equal to half its ATK. Well looking at this card it just allows you to stampede over everything and if necessary turn back into normal hope to gain life points and defend if needed.
