Anyway, yeah, it was nice using and fun for a while, but completely useless. Who is going to sit and wait for dice to do what monsters and trap cards do so easily? Discuss. dice re-roll with this card equals massive damage. emmm... no... if dice jar was attacked, the effect resolves during damage step, and there you can only activate spell speed 3 cards (counter traps) or quickplay spells/ trap cards that modify the ATK and/or DEF of the monsters... so it's a complete fail...
