Northern Sage Posted March 16, 2014 Report Share Posted March 16, 2014 If you only control 1 Xyz Monster: Activate by targeting that Xyz Monster you control; while that monster is on the field, negate the effects of all other monsters on the fieldwhose Rank or Level is higher than the Rank of that monster, also those monsters cannot target the targeted monster for an attack.
