Once per turn: You can target 1 Level 3 Beast-Warrior-Type monster you control, except this card; the Levels of this card and that monster become the combined Levels of both.

Basically, you would Normal Summon Line Monster K Horse, Special Summon this with K Horse's effect (provided there's a Trap to kill), and then use this thing's effect to make them both Level 6, and overlay them into Number 72: Line Monster Chariot Hisha (or any Rank 6 really).  Also, since they're Beast-Warriors, you can search them with Tenki.  Alternatively, you can Rank 3 with them.

Line Monster K Horse is so good, any Rank 3 deck should run it (assuming it runs crane crane/spell striker/marauding captain I could go on...), let alone fire fists.

I like that they are continuing to add to the rather small archetype, if you could even call it that.

Seems rather inconsistent and silly to me, actually. since it requires you(?) to destroy one of your own Traps, and those are pretty crucial to any game.

K Horse destroys an OPPONENT's Trap.

Well, if you play bad cards that increased the Level of Spear Wheel (or maybe changed the Level after it was targeted?) you could make different cards. Wouldn't really be worth it, though.
