I don't pay much attention as to what is confirmed to be in what packs, but there is already a random Blackwing in there, so it is entirely possible. It's not really better than Bora at all. Whirlwind+Shura=Bora This can't be searched AS easily. And doesn't do piercing, obv. There's absolutely no reason why not to run both and actually I think Shura is the card you would play less copies of seeing as Shura's main role is often just to search everything off Whirlwind, which Kris does better. The thing about this is that it puts a lot of pressure on your opponent to attack it seeing as they can't get rid of it with backrow which leads to the dilemma with Kalut. A 1900 beater immune to all backrow (bar Warning) is nothing to sniff at regardless of the fact that it summons itself which IMO is not the main part of the effect. You would want to search it so you would play 2 Sirocco rather than 1, so you search it more easily. This, along with the fact that Kris makes Shura much more searchable, means that Vayu becomes a better card in the deck, as you are playing/searching more of the cards that Vayu works with. It is a Shura target that likes Sirocco. It basically ties everything together in a way because it lies in between Sirocco and Shura. Bora would still be played because it can be searched off Shura for an instant Rank 4 when needed and the piercing helps you steal wins sometimes with Siroccos effect. I would probably end up cutting 2 Bora and perhaps 1 of 2 Blizzard, then maybe a Shura if there isn't room.
