werewolfjedi
run this with breaker and never have to worry about backrow. throw in some spellbooks perhaps, the non derpy ones, and you have a decent way to fuel spell counter effects. keeps people from playing too many spells if you can 1 move pop out tempest and blow away the remainder of their lifepoints, if they care. most wont though, so you just let them, survive, then blast them for game off of effect damage. Bringerofcake
You could use that Spellcaster Sanctuary thing that needs a Spell to stay alive. Run Spellbooks with Endymion TMM to fuel summons and get counters. Tempest Magician/Blasting the Ruins. It's going to get powerful under the new rules. werewolfjedi
it is worth mentioning, that playing the pen monsters in the scale positions count as playing spell cards, only helping this out more.
