High CUP on WS-C2960S-48FPD-L and WS-C2960S-48FPS-L

Can somebody help me ? I just bough new 2 series cisco 2960s switch of [url=http://www.router-switch.com/ws-c2960s-48fpd-l-p-1507.html]WS-C2960S-48FPD-L[/url] and [url=http://www.router-switch.com/ws-c2960s-48fps-l-p-1512.html]WS-C2960S-48FPS-L[/url] . But both showing high CPU usage?! Any idea to troubleshoot?
