werewolfjedi Posted March 30, 2014 Report Share Posted March 30, 2014 Special Summon 3 "Hippo Tokens" (Beast-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). They cannot be Tributed. While you control a "Hippo Token", you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck. Your opponent cannot target monsters you control for attacks, except "Hippo Tokens", during the turn you activate this card. so, with this and scapegoat at 3, can a form of goat control come back? also, this one happens to save yur other monsters if it isn't the only thing on your field, and they don't block additional summons, except from the extra deck, but I'm sure that can be figured out around to make them still useful, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It doesn't even need more mass Token summoners to become a thing again, it just needs most of the banned Spells to come back as well as TER... Plasma: Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 monsters you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Hell even if Metamorphosis DOES come back: Tribute 1 monster. Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck with the same Level as the Tributed monster. Tl;dr The cannot be tributed clause basically screws over the "goat control" idea.
