Denkireza, Electron Swordsmaster

LIGHT / Machine / 2400/1700

Lore: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Machine-Type monsters

When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned: You can pay 1000 Life Points to target Select 1 Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard with a Level; and equip that target it to this card as an Equip Card. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the equipped monster's Level x 200. If this card would be destroyed by battle or by a card effect, you can destroy the equipped card instead.

Update Log
-Made some minor OCG fixes
-Gave the equipped Machine monster the capability to protect against card effects, as well as by battle.

2400/1700 for LV7 with restrictions is about Black Rose Dragon's standard. Fortunately, this card's equipping effect can easily remedy that. On average, you'd be equipping a LV4 monster, bumping this card to 3200/2500. Not too shabby, I guess.

The problem is that beating face is all that it's good for. Sure, it does have temporary protection during battle, but by the time you're packing over 3000 ATK, destruction by battle is rare barring hand traps like Honest or Kalut.

This card would fall under an example of So Okay It's Average, and as a result tends to get outclassed by several other LV7 Synchros all vying for Extra Deck space.

Adding "with a Level" on the above OCG fix is not necessary. I don't see why it shouldn't be able to equip Machine Xyzs to itself, because even if it wouldn't get any stat boost, it would still gain the protection from the second effect.

I think you can further improve the card by allowing the second effect to apply on any kind of destruction (by battle and by card effects).
