LiAM
I have been out of the Yu-Gi-Oh world for a while now but this card appears fair all around at first glance. I'm not sure of the current use of WIND / Fairy monsters and their usefulness however, so correct me if you were aiming for a certain Deck. On the whole, the ATK/DEF ratio is fairly common for non-Effect monsters of this level and 2 monster requirements, albeit, at 5 stars even for a Normal monster 2400 ATK is a strong figure. So having the ability to remove an opponents own monster and then 'destroy' it, even inadvertently, seems quite powerful for a card of its type alone. Alternatively, there's a catch in the latter part of the effect, building a strong Equip Deck or Equip boosting cards to gain ATK increases etc, you could technically, equip a Spell Equip card and use that to tribute, and from old experience some of these Equips gave from 1000ATK boost to multiple attacks in one Battle Phase. So with the right Deck, you could maintain this creature for a few turns by sacrificing your equip cards. Of course, almost all cards can be abused, but the ATK/DEF combination with the field clearing/destruction element adds to it's power. So now we have to think cost, and if it equals the power. Summoning could be easy, Fairy-types are usually low level and quick to flood a field or sometimes indestructible by certain effects. On the whole, I feel the cost is relatively achievable quite easily and the power of the card goes beyond this in both Effect and stats. Maybe a decrease in stats to something 'unfit for battle' so it doesn't overpower a Battlefield. So maybe 800ATK/500DEF. Or some hinderence, maybe you have to target a monster YOU control to equip? If you disagree, please do say something, my experience is old now but I try to be fair and concise.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
For a Level 5 monster, its stats are quite high especially with semi-generic materials [there are a couple Fairies that are WIND type, so it's not too far-fetched to run this in a Fairy-oriented Deck; unless you like mixing Archetypes to pull this off]. This, in conjunction, with its ability to take a face-up monster as an Equip make this thing pretty powerful in its own right. I could see this being used in a Deck devoted to Equip Cards, but as LiAM already mentioned, this card can survive a few attacks and possibly a Mirror Force or some other destruction effect [considering how common removal is nowadays], in a way similar to Power Tool Dragon. Maybe lower its stats to 2000-2100 or something OR in terms of its "forced equip" effect, do what above user mentioned and have it target your own card. As it is now, you can steal your opponent's monster and then hit them directly; using equipped monster as a shield against whatever removal card they may be carrying. I agree with you there on the mixing of WIND/Fairy, can be quite simple and again, the surviving many turns if played correctly and causing a constant stream of damage on the opponent. Do feel that your ATK of 2100 is a little high still if it were to keep the original effect. Maybe if the alternative effect were given, the stats could remain on the 2000 mark? Flash Flyer - Sakura
A stat reduction is needed here, yes. If we keep the original effect, should be dropped to 1400 or lower. 2000/2100 isn't too much on its own, but that can be beefed up in Equip Decks. Otherwise, the alternate effect you suggested works fine and allows it to retain around 2000 or so ATK/DEF. Its original stats can't stay though; it's already high even with the nerfed effect. I would probably add some sort of limit to the amount of Equips that can be on this card as well, though the aforementioned PTD has no such limit and has slightly lower combined stats than this, so not sure here. Alternatively, it cannot attack whilst Equipped with a card, this prevents buffing with ATK boosting cards and makes it useless until attacked or losing the Equipped monster. Sunn O)))
What if I make her ATK 2000, only let her equip monsters with less ATK, and have her send the monster she equipped to save herself? This would be the effect: When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with less ATK than this card; equip that target to this card. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can send 1 monster equipped to this card to the Graveyard instead. Would that be better, assuming I make her ATK 2000? Flash Flyer - Sakura
Yeah, that could work. Granted, it can snatch most Normal Summoned monsters when summoned but they're most likely Xyz Materials when this gets out. Union Monsters will still add on to the edited effect, but only ones that can be equipped to it are some generic Level 7s right now that don't fit in. Sander
The only problem with the card is that its Level 5, aka Instant Fusion turns it into free spot removal, but that is easily changed (make it Level 6 hurrdurr). Other than that, it's hood I guess, but why would you want to run this over Number 101: Silent Honor ARK? Especially when Number 101: Silent Honor ARK doesn't need a third party to be Summoned? Also, why were you two even suggesting to lower the ATK when the Level and ATK / DEF ratio doesn't even matter in Fusion monsters?

Just wish there was a way to make it easier to summon without making it an Xyz.
