You can Tribute this card to Special Summon two Level 3 or lower Beast-Type monsters from your deck ( These monsters cannot be used for as Synchro Material monsters, their effects are negated, and are destroyed during the End Phase. ) You can only activate the effect of "Rescue Cat" once per duel. I guess in cases like loops/repeated burns it seems fine. But then they further kill it by making it "during your main phase 1 and only once that turn" Instead of just saying "once per turn".
