Hi there this is my first card i hope you like it :D

When a monster on the field is sent to the Graveyard; add 1 Dream Counter to this card. Once per turn: You can activate one of these effects:
*Target one monster you control, that monster gains 300 ATK for every Dream Counter on this card, then, remove all Dream Counters from this card.
*Target one monster your opponent controls, that monster loses 300 ATK for every Dream Counter on this card, then, remove all Dream Counters from this card.

Ok, this card needs some serious grammar work.

 

There is no "friendly" "Enemy" "deaths" "remove all effects" "deal half of your opponent current lifepoints as damage and heal..." and "then banish from the game"

 

You need to clarify where cards are being sent from in all cases. 

Removing effect should be "negate the effects of one face-up card your opponent controls" or something like that.

Without clarification, the second effect is far to powerful.

I think there are too many effects for one card.

This card doesn't work because it's a Normal Spell.
Just sayin', you need to fix your card TC.

 

Sometimes the icon doesn't show up on the card even if you put it in the cardmaker, so that's the issue at hand here.

 

OT: As mentioned before, a lot of wording issues here. I'll do the best I can with them since some have odd combinations and unclear wording. Also, some of these effects are ridiculous while others aren't worth it at all. And tbh, this card has too many effects. No one likes a wall of text for a card lore.

*Remove 1 Dream Counter from this card to target 1 monster you control; that target gains 800 ATK, until the End Phase,
*Remove 2 Dream Counters from this card; your opponent can randomly discard 1 card from your hand. Then, draw 2 cards.
*Remove 3 Dream Counters from this card to target 1 monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy those targets. You cannot add Dream Counters from this effect.
*Remove 4 Dream Counters from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; negate that target's effect(s).
*Remove 5 Dream Counters from this card; Special Summon 1 monster from your hand.
*Remove 8 Dream Counters from this card; send all cards on the field to the Graveyard.
*When this card has 10 Dream Counters: You can banish this card; inflict damage equal to half your opponent's Life Points, and if you do, gain the same amount.
 
Overall, I see the second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth effects having a chance of being used. The others aren't worth using at all in most situations. With that said, this card does too much. You really need to think about what you want this card to accomplish and focus on that, because this card is all over the place.

That's tr00, and sometimes the effect isn't even all that great to have the bible written on the card. If a card has more than 3 effects, I'm out, the card is op and shouldn't be a thing.
