You must also discard 1 card and Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total ranks equal 4 or more, including at least 1 LIGHT Warrior-Type monster. If you control "Envoy of Darkness, Black Reaper": you can banish this card from your graveyard, then target 1 defense position monster your opponent controls; change it to face-up attack position, also negate its effects this turn. Must be ritual summoned with "Falling into Darkness" and cannot be special summoned by other ways. If this card is summoned: you can target 1 spell/trap card on the field; destroy that target. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. Once per turn, during either player's turn: you can place 1 Black-Reaper counter on this card. When this card battles an opponent's monster, multiply its original ATK by the number of Black-Reaper counters on it +1 during the damage step only. If you control "Envoy of Darkness, Black Reaper": add 1 card from your deck to your hand and if you do, skip your next Draw Phase. You can only activate 1 "Dark Draw!" per turn. G.B. Sparticus
0.0 That monster is seiriously rediculously powerful.
Trebuchet MS
Even if we reduced Black Reaper's Counter-acquisition to once-per-your-turn, it's still ridiculously strong as it can easily kill things with its madly-multiplied ATK. Add on to the fact that you can force an opponent's monster to Attack Position with its post-usage Ritual Spell, and you can easily squeeze out stupid amounts of damage in a single successful swing. On the other hand, because the wording on the Ritual means that you have to Tribute Xyz Monsters...
