William79
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 2 "Lightsworn" monsters, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all monsters on the field, and send the top 4 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. Then choose 1 "Judgment Dragon" from your Deck or Graveyard and place it on top of your Deck.

Trebuchet MS
A means to pseudo-tutor what is perhaps the most stupidly OP boss monster? No. I was about to mention how controlling other Lightsworns would mean you just milled your boss monster, until I realized that this thing performs a monster boardwipe and thus averts the chance of you accidentally self-milling. My above reaction stands. EDIT: Did you just expand this card's JD-picking range to the Graveyard?! That's even worse.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
It sacks one of the already sackiest boss monsters of the game for a cost that is laughably minimal. Aside from that, it's a -2, which isn't that great in Lightsworns, has minimal ATK, in which you want your monsters to survive in this gamestate, and is generally outclassed by Exciton. krisanderson
I like it. if i used lightsworns i would definitely put it in the deck. The only thing is that if it was real it would be banned fast.
Suibon
So you really had to make a broke-ass card to make use of that (faintly trollish) image, huh -- -- so, in exchange for 2 on-field Lightsworns (a theme not known for its swarming outside Lumina drops and Wulf/Felice shenanigans), you get at least two turns of hell-on-earth thanks to the fully-grown Judgment Dragon you fetched from either deck or Grave by this effect, because apparently one ain't enough. Because apparently two monsters is enough cost for sheer insanity. Either you think it totally, totally is -- or you're just trolling us. I do hope it's the latter.
