300 Post Celebration: Starfish!

For my 300th post, I decided to do a thread on the most ridiculously overpowered Level 3 monster with 300 attack and 300 defense. [spoiler=Dandylion, you say?][/spoiler]

 

Once per turn: You can increase the Levels of all "Starfish" you currently control by 1.

 

Ok, hear me out. I'm not going to go as far as to say that this is good in any way, but with Pendulum summoning there are some pretty hilarious things that can be done with it. If you pendulum summon 3 copies out at once, they can be used for a 3-mat [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Tri-Edge_Levia]Rank 3[/url], [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Number_104:_Masquerade]Rank 4[/url], [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Digvorzhak,_King_of_Heavy_Industry]Rank 5[/url], or [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Fairy_Knight_Ingunar]Rank 6[/url]. 

 

Not good, but certainly cool.

I think a lot of bad cards could be good with you have 3 in your hand with a 1-8 pendulum scale though...and even by those standards, this would be nothing to shout about...

But hey, points for being a salvage target, even though no one would ever want to salvage it. 

 

On a relatively unrelated note, in a tag duel I played earlier, my teammate got out 3 Mist Valley Apex Avian's via pendulum summoning in 1 turn...we still lost though... </3

The thing is that this does not NEED a pendulum of 1-8. All it needs is 3. And with that it can still summon a variety of ranks of Xyz.
