The Winged Dragon of Ra (Redone)

Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, other cards and effects cannot be activated. Cannot be targeted by card effects. The ATK and DEF of this card becomes equal to the combined original ATK and DEF of the 3 monsters you Tributed for the Tribute Summon of this card. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Send it to the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, you may activate one of the following effects:
- You can pay 1000 Life Points, then target 1 monster on the field; destroy that target.
- You can pay all Life Points so that you have only 100 left; this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the amount of Life Points paid.

 

I'm sure this idea was probably done to death, but the real life version of The Winged Dragon of Ra really sucks.  Also, I didn't know how to put bullets in the card, so I put little lines instead.

2 important things to note:
1) It's broken. The reason regular Ra was made useless is because the paying effect in particular was pretty easy OTKs in some Tag Force game. I'd advice you get rid of that last effect and just roll with the other parts as is.

2) I'm holding a regular sized card in front of me and the lore's letters are roughly the same size as the ones in YCMs giant digital display version. Try shrinking that Ra to normal size and see if you can still read that. Though my suggestion in point 1 would help both it's balance and this aspect. You can always make Phoenix mode a different card/evolution/something later, which is what I originally thought they'd do.
